For those who don't see the significance of this, the only "legitimate" use of weapons grade HEU or Pu is for marine/naval propulsion per the Non-Proliferation Treaty....Instant "break out" capacity, same as Brazil with its nuclear submarine program and full fuel cycle.... For links see article...
