1 & 1/2 c yellow corn meal
5 & 1/2 c cold water
1 & 1/2 teas[ salt
1 lb pork sausage
flour
In a large bowl mixcoen meal & 1 & 1/2 c.s water & salt. In diffeernt pan bring 4 c. water to boil. Add corn meal mixture to the boiling water & stir till mix thickens. Cork pork in a frying pan. Stir in the corm meal mexture. Pour all into 2 bread pans& put in fridge. When ready to serve cut into 1/2 in. thick slices. Flour lighty. Then warm & brown in frying pan. Serve as is or top with sryup, Can be frozen
