Anticholinesterase herbs for Myesthenia Gravis?

Walrus Whisperer

Hope in chains...
The only thing I could find was this place that said Rosemary was good for Alzheimers and it had anticholinesterase activity. My hubby takes Pyrodostigmine Bromide every so often for his MG. I was thinking today, it might be a good idea to know about this because if TSHTF, his supply would be interrupted...
Could anyone tell me what "anticholinesterase" means in laymans language? The stuff I've tried to read about it doesnt make sense.

An enzyme found primarily at nerve endings that catalyzes the hydrolysis of acetylcholine into acetic acid and choline. Anti stops this action.

Choline- An amine, widely distributed in plant and animal tissues. It is a constituent of lecithin and other phospholipids. It is essential in normal fat and carbohydrates metabolism. A deficiency leads to lipoidosis of the liver. It is also involved in protein metabolism, serving as a methylating agent, and it is a precusor of acetylcholine.
