Are the currently unfinished stories dead?

Will we ever find out what happens in South FL? Or at the ais station? Or to the old farts drafted into the spec ops team? Inquiring minds want to know. Those were some good stories gents. it would be a shame for them to fade away unfinished.

Can you hook a brother up? On man, I'm jonseing bad. If this goes on much longer, I'm going to have to go to the library. Or get a life!

I know you didn't mention "Handbasket," but.....

I'm verra busy w/ real-life right now - living the story and don't have time to *write* it. My thoughts are in fits and spurts - nothing like a long stretch of no interruptions necessary for me to really concentrate on my story.

Add "hand basket" too! ;)

And that was supposed to be NORTH Florida, Patriot AID Station and the old fart spec op team. I can't type or spell worth a damn.

I hear you. RL takes precedence over entertaining us for free. Still there are some really good stories lying here waiting to be finished as time allows. I hope that it will happen soon.

I usually come here once a day at least in the hopes that someone has added to their story or started a new one. We have a number of talented authors here. Too bad they have real lives too, lol. When any of you get a free moment to write we're waiting with bated breath. ;)

Ask and ye shall receive. Amazing what (little, I admit) I can get done when somebody lights a fire under my backside. Or blows up the neighborhood, such as fits the situation.

Thank you, RR!!! Going to read now. Hopefully you're starting a trend with everyone coming back to add to their stories.:)

My story of 'After The Plague' is not dead, but it is hard to work on it. I feel like I have 5 different books in my head, and when I try to work on one, the other 4 get jealous and push to the front.
It is hard to work on a TEOTWAWKI book when your also thinking about 2 different Stargate fan-fictions, a commentary on the bible, and what to make for dinner.
I do have about 2 or 3 more chapters ready to add, but I am not sure how to incorporate them into the story line.

ROFL!! And you know how it goes with me. I've got a lot of them started … and at least half that many that are on my computer and no where else … but I plan to get them all finished. I just finished one that I started here on TB2K. Let's see, here's a list of the completed stories if anyone is the least bit interested:

A Will To Survive
The Geek Shall Inherit the Earth
Best Laid Plans of Mice and Men
Fel By the Wayside
Forsaken Harvest
Georgie
Linderhall Legacy
Over the Mountain and Through the Fire
Starting Over and Over and Over
This Is Me Surviving
Veta (Book 1)

Then there is some fanfiction for CSI:NY (Frank Tripp as the protagonist) and CSI:Miami (Adam Ross as the protagonist).

I'm still trying to figure out which one I am going to finish this month. Maybe "Zombies Aren't Real, Are They?!" I'm going to move back and forth between younger and adult age characters I think. I'll probably also do some editing on Hartford Ridge and see if that one calls my name in February. When I finish a story it takes a little bit to get out of the "sit and spin" mode.
