Just get the temp. on the pan to medium high.
Use anything like a cajun seasoning or southern salt to coat the top with.
Just drop it in like anything else and let it cook for 4 minutes. It will be seared and will release from the pan. Flip it and add a tbls of butter and let it go for 2 more minutes.
Let it rest on you Caesar salad for awhile to cool off, flake it, and enjoy.
