Has No Life - Lives on TB
This is a very moist & light breakfast cake or when ever u need something quick.
Bake 350 deg. 30 to 40 min, or till done, my oven took 50 min.
1/2 cup margerine
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 teasp salt
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 teasp cinnamon (optional)
1 & 1/2 cup flour
2 teasp baking powder
3/4 cup milk
can use water if nessasary
mix well pour in med. cake pan, sprinkle on Topping
topping
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 teasp cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup margerine, mix well, (can melt & mix in, to be real quick)
We like to double the topping for ours,
Aso can add chopped appples to batter & or other fruit.
