Weather manipulation has been sponsored by governments around the world for many years. I believe that a combination of these experiments has adversely altered weather patterns in a way scientists cannot explain, nor do they know how to reverse the damage they have caused. Meddling in sciences you do not fully understand always carries a risk of catastrophic consequences.

We have multiple nations that modify weather. Whether they work separately or work together, they may be creating extra events along the way as there fronts collide, so to speak. I also believe our government, if one can put that in context, is purposely using it to wreak havoc in the states, as well as abroad. It is a tool in the weapons box.
