…… Cookie sheets

Has No Life - Lives on TB
It has come upon the time that I need to replace my cookie sheets. I just had to toss one because I used it under cast iron that was being reseasoned. The resulting layer of polymerized bacon grease would not come off. At least not without also removing the already existing no stick layer.
The problem is I haven't bought cookie sheets in over a decade. This set was a gift from my SIL. So I have no clue what to look at. I know I would prefer to avoid nonstick and aluminum. Past that I'm clueless. So suggestions would be helpful. I'm not rich so it has to be reasonably priced. Or, if good enough, I'll save up for them.
On a separate thought, has anyone ever used the large flat cast iron griddles as cookie sheets? That thought has been bouncing in my head for a few weeks now. Since I can't find any such creation.
