Yer damn right it's on thin ice because if our law is unconstitutional then so is the Federal Law it was modeled after!!

We have the weird spectacle of a Government frantically trying not to have to enforce the law as it is written--and Citizens frantically trying to force the government to enforce those same laws.

I don't know the answer--there is no way to force the Government to be stricter, it seems.
