We are undergoing a soft coup. The idea is to create a whole new set of laws & ignore the existing human rights laws & other laws

under the pre-text of pandemic preparedness & biosecurity agenda. The WHO is developing through all it's nations, with the WHO

directorate & the United States in charge, a pandemic treaty & amendments to the existing health regulations that will remove human

rights protections currently embedded in the IHR. This will enforce survellience, censorship, get rid of freedom of speech, & require

governments to censor & push a single narrative. Also we will be subject, if they can make this work, it should be developed in 100

days. The organization ?SEPY? is planning to do & one of the people who founded ?SEPY? was Jeremy Farrar, who is now one of the

scientist at the WHO to bring this forward. Other things that amendments do is to bind the states so these are no longer

recomendations but enforceable edicts, provide a liability shield, get rid of intelectual property rights, move supplies from one country

to another, enforce digital passports, & the Director General of WHO can demonstrate that a pandemic OR potential pandemic exists.

He can just declare it with no standards & then countries around the world would have to obey. Also the WHO will tell you what drugs

you can & can't use once the pandemic is declared. Obviously the budget will increase. One health is a concept that was created to

enable the WHO with these documents to take over jurisdiction of everything in the world by saying that climate change, animals,

plants, water systems, eco systems, are all central to health. Also embedded in this concept is a peculiar notion that humans are no

longer of greater value then animals.

There it is straight from the horses mouth. The WHO & the US are going to cram this down the world's throat under the guise of a pandemic. Circumventing soveriegnty & stripping away individual rights for the greater good.

Seems to me if she was suspended for speaking out against the vaxx in Maine she may have credibility. She may be speaking the truth that WHO doesn't want to come out. I don't trust the WHO any further than I can throw them.

The claim: Video shows WHO spokesperson announcing new laws for 'pandemic preparedness'

A July 28 Facebook video (direct link, archive link) shows a TikTok video that features a man introducing a clip of what he claims was a press conference held by the World Health Organization. The clip features a woman speaking on a panel in front of a blue background with a picture of a European flag.

"The idea is to create a whole new set of laws and ignore the existing human rights laws and other laws under the pretext of pandemic preparedness and the biosecurity agenda," she says.

The woman also claims the WHO is creating a pandemic treaty to remove human rights protections and enforce surveillance and censorship, among other things.

The Facebook post garnered more than 30,000 shares in less than two weeks. Similar posts have been shared on Instagram and Facebook. The original TikTok has been deleted.

Our rating: False

The video shows a woman criticizing the WHO, not speaking on behalf of it. Nobody from the WHO attended the meeting, according to a spokesperson for the organization.

Video shows WHO critic, not representative

The clip in the Facebook video does not show a WHO press conference. A full video of the woman's speech was posted on YouTube with a title that indicates it was filmed at the International COVID Summit III in Brussels.

The woman, who introduces herself as Meryl Nass, isn't a representative of the WHO, according to Bhanu Bhatnagar, a WHO spokesperson.

"Dr. Meryl Nass does not represent WHO and this circulating video makes false claims and accusations," Bhatnagar told USA TODAY in an email.

Nass is a physician whose license was suspended by the Maine Board of Licensure for spreading misinformation about the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the Associated Press.

Bhatnagar also told USA TODAY he's not aware of any WHO representatives attending the summit.

Fact check: False claim that pandemic accord gives WHO control over US pandemic policies

Despite the presence of the European flag and link to the European Parliament website on the backdrop, only five European Parliament members were at the summit, according to an itinerary of the event Nass shared on Substack.

It was moderated by Dr. Stephen Malthouse, a Canadian doctor whose license was also suspended for spreading COVID-19 misinformation, and featured Dr. Robert Malone, a well-known COVID-19 vaccine critic, as a speaker.

The summit was held in Room PHS1A2 of the Paul-Henri Spaak building, according to the itinerary, not the Hemicycle, where the European Parliament meets.

There is no mention of the summit on the WHO website.

USA TODAY reached out to the Facebook and TikTok users who shared the post for comment but did not immediately receive a response.

The claim has also been debunked by Lead Stories.

Yep fact checkers are trustworthy.

As a side note I put up an article by James Dobson, in an interview with Michele Bachman from May of 2023 that said the same thing. With a caveat on how they intend to control all this, with a QR code on your phone. Anyway here it is:

OVER 21,000 REPORTS OF SUSPECTED COVID VACCINE SIDE EFFECTS MADE TO ( IRISH ) STATE REGULATOR

The State’s medical regulator has received over 21,000 reports of suspected side effects of Covid-19 vaccines administered in the State to date.

The Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) said in its latest safety report, published on 25th April, that it had received a total of 21,168 reports describing suspected side effects in association with Covid-19 vaccines up to 31st March 2024.

It said the Safety Report was being provided as an enhanced transparency measure for members of the public and healthcare professionals.

2,848 such reports were received in 2022, 400 were received in 2023, and 33 were received in 2024, the HPRA said. The vast majority of reports of suspected side effects were made in 2021, when 17,902 such reports were received by the regulator.

The State regulator, in its latest report, said that a total of 14,081 reports related to mRNA vaccines – licensed under Moderna and Pfizer BioNTech – (Comirnaty® and Spikevax®). 6,738 reports related to Adenoviral vector vaccines – licensed under AstraZeneca – Vaxzevria® and Jcovden® [previously Janssen]).

A further 356 reports were received where the brand of Covid vaccine was unknown or not specified, while 7 reports related to a recombinant adjuvanted spike protein vaccine (Nuvaxovid®).

In the report, the State regulator notes that “whilst not experienced by everyone, all vaccines have some side effects, the vast majority of which are mild to moderate in nature.”

“Overall, the national reporting experience continues to support the favourable assessment that the benefits of COVID-19 vaccines outweigh the risks,” the HPRA added in the newly published report.

The State regulator said in its Safety Update that “an increased number of reports is expected for COVID-19 vaccines, given public interest as well as HPRA calls encouraging reporting.”

The most common symptoms reported included flu-like symptoms such as fever, chills, nausea, dizziness, joint pain, and headaches.

Relating to mRNA vaccines, which made up the majority of reports, the medical regulator said 1 per cent to less than 10 per cent of reports described side effects including menstrual disturbances, feeling anxious, or having insomnia or trouble sleeping, blurred vision, chest discomfort, and increased heart rate of blood pressure.

10 per cent or more reports relating to mRNA vaccines reported fever, pain (non-specific), tiredness, headache, and nausea as symptoms.

Referencing reports of myocarditis and pericarditis – inflammatory conditions of the heart – the regulator said that up to 31 January, it had received a total of 135 reports describing suspected side effects of myocarditis (51 reports), pericarditis (61 reports) or a combination of both (23 reports).

Of these it said 112 occurred following vaccination with Comirnaty® and 23 following Spikevax®. In relation to dose, 46 cases occurred after the first dose, 56 after the second dose, and 25 after a booster or third dose (information on dose was not reported in eight cases).

Most cases occurred within 14 days of vaccination, with 90 reported in males and 45 reported in females. The median age of cases was 39 years (range 12 to 87 years). In five cases, the report concerned an adolescent (12 to 17 years) and where outcome information is available on these cases, they have been reported as recovered/recovering. Reports received by the HPRA describe symptoms such as chest pain/discomfort, palpitations, dizziness, irregular heartbeat and shortness of breath, it added.

In its report from February, the HPRA said it was closely monitoring suspected side effects received in children up to 11 years of age, and adolescents aged 12 to 17. As of 31st January this year, the medical regulator for the State said it had received 512 reports of suspected side effects post vaccination, 125 of which related to a child, with the remainder relating to an adolescent.

The report also references an update from November 2022 from the European Medicine’s Agency (EMA) whose safety committee recommended that product information for Comirnaty® and Spikevax® be updated to include heavy menstrual bleeding (or heavy periods) as a possible side effect.

The medical regulator states in the report that the available data reviewed involved mostly cases which appeared to be non-serious and changes which were temporary in nature. The EMA stated there is no evidence to suggest any impact on reproduction and fertility, and available data provide robust reassurance about the use of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines before and during pregnancy. Up to 31 January, the HPRA was notified of 351 reports describing heavier menstrual bleeding following vaccination with Comirnaty® and 67 reports following vaccination with Spikevax®.

The HPRA said it continues to closely monitor reports of suspected side effects received that related to a fatal outcome. Up to 31st January, 124 reports had been received describing an individual who was known to have been vaccinated and subsequently passed away.

Of these, 101 were reported with an mRNA vaccine, 14 with adenoviral vector vaccines and the remaining nine were reported with brand unknown/not specified, the regulator said.

Where age was given, the majority (approximately two-thirds) describe an individual aged 75 years and over, with the median age of the individuals being 80 years. Of those, 68 deaths occurred in males and 56 in females. For a number of reports, the cause of death was unconfirmed at the time of reporting, with post-mortem results awaited, the report states.

In its detailed breakdown of side effects linked to mRNA vaccines, the regulator said that 15,795 reports were linked to general symptoms and local reactions such as chills, fatigue, ‘flu-like’ feeling, fever, injection site pain or swelling.

8,921 reports were categorised as involving the nervous system, including dizziness, headache, lack of energy, pins & needles, fainting or feeling faint.

6,118 reports involved Muscles, tissue, bones or joints e.g., general muscular pain or weakness. 2,295 reports related to the reproductive system, obstetrics or gynaecology related e.g., menstrual disturbance. A further 1,927 reports were linked to respiratory issues such as cough or shortness of breath. 1,582 reports related to behavioural, emotional and mental health including insomnia or trouble sleeping.

1,268 reports were cardiac or heart related (such as palpitations).

“Whilst not experienced by everyone, all vaccines have some side effects, the vast majority of which are mild to moderate in nature. Side effects need to be continuously balanced against the benefits of vaccines, given the risk of COVID-19 illness and related complications, and as scientific evidence shows they reduce deaths and hospitalisations due to COVID-19,” the HPRA said.

The figures come as vaccine manufacturer AstraZeneca made an admission in legal documents that its Covid vaccine can cause a rare side effect.

The vaccine manufacturer is being taken to court in a class action relating to claims that its vaccine caused death and serious injury in dozens of cases – with a reported 51 cases lodged in the UK High Court. British families and victims are seeking damages estimated to be worth up to £100 million.

The admission was made during a legal case taken by a father of two who was left with permanent brain damage after taking the AstraZeneca vaccine.

Father-of-two Scott was left unable to work after he suffered multiple blood clots, causing severe brain injury, following vaccination. He became the first person to take legal action for damages against the pharmaceutical giant, with his case having the potential to set the scene for more claims and damages which could run into the thousands, if not millions.
