…… Fails

Being the bachelor that I am, and in the business that I am in, no one would expect me to fail a recipe, yet I fail all the time because I experiment with everything I buy.

I bought Annie's Cheesy Taco shells(macaroni). Followed the recipe but no milk, so I added cream cheese instead of sour cream, it won't sauce up. Still tastes the same, but doesn't look the same. I can ad a tin of tuna to give it some moisture, or tin of salmon to do the same.

If I can figure out how to do this and make it taste good, I'll go back over there tomorrow and buy a whole case.

Cream cheese won't make a sauce that way. Too thick. But you can try yogurt. Drain it first and then add liquid back if you need it.
