Over the mountain there has been a fire raging all week, as of yesterday it's finally almost out. Here are some pics of the smoke in the sky.

We live at the base of that mountain on the left that you see on the first picture.

I hunt sapphire/panning for gold in the SW Idaho and my heart goes faint when I smell fire in the hills, and one definitely can smell the difference in a campfire to that of brush/woodland fire. The one fragility of being a "hills" person, take care and God Bless.
