Fried Spagetti

Sleep? What is that?
Please forgive me for not naming amounts, I basically cook for an army, since we have 8 children and 3 of them are teenage boys. :)

Fried Spagetti

I take the spagetti w/ sauce leftover from the day before, it's always best the next day...
Heat large ( extra large in our case) frying pan and pour in a couple tablespoons of olive oil. Chop up fresh cloves of garlic and saute in oil, without burning them.
Chop up a package of pepperoni and saute that too.
Now take the leftover spagetti w/sauce and mix it all up in the hot pan.
Get some parmesan, shredded mozz, and other cheeses if you wish, and fold in a generous amount which makes it all kind of bond together. You may wish to add more sauce if you still have some leftover, until it makes a nice blend.
I toss this in the hot oil, garlic and pepperoni unitl the cheese gets nice and melted.
Serve hot with bread ...
It's like pepperoni pizza without the crust~

No leftovers ever.

 I am telling ya, it's the best. Necessity is the mother of invention- I always do this stuff.

Yep, the garlic clove slices are SO good sauteed in olive oil, I forgot to say i also salt and pepper them a bit...then when you throw in the parmesan, it gets all kind of crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

Caution: if anyone is trying to lose weight, DO NOT attempt this recipe. ;)

You can't stop with just one bite...

let me know if you guys make it!

You know I had to make spaghetti for dinner after that. I'll try this recipe with the leftovers. Thanks!
