My old boss came up with this one and they were a big hit at our Deli. Make your regular meatball mix. Drain a can of sauerkraut. Make a big meatball, poke a hole in it, and stuff some kraut in it. Smush to close up the hole and place them in a baking dish. Cover them with cream of tomato soup. Cover, and bake them for about an hour.
