Recipe Gluten-Free Corn Bread Breakfast Bars

1 cup Corn Meal
1 cup smashed Honey Nut Chex cereal (or Corn Chex)
2 eggs
1+ tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp sugar (optional - if you are going to top with honey/jelly anyway then skip)
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup blueberries
1+ cup of warm milk (mix should be not be thick)

Mix everything together before adding blueberries. Pour into 8x8 greased cake pan
Bake at 350* for 30 minutes (until center is baked through) (I do about 40 minutes at my high elevation)

Wait until cool if possible before cutting into bars and eat until gone
