…… Ideas for fancy homemade tea drinks?

Over time I've been tweaking my diet to address my health issues, and it's helping. But there are things that I miss, like fancy coffee drinks. I'm now off not just caffeine, but coffee itself! (due to food sensitivity test), as well as sugar & dairy.

So I'm thinking I'd like some interesting homemade tea-based drinks. I saw one that mimicks Starbuck's London Fog, with frothy coconut milk, but I'll have to order some caffeine-free Earl Gray.

Does anyone have a favorite recipe with "real" ingredients? I have a variety of teas, herbs, sweeteners but haven't tried anything creative with them. I don't get out much :) so I never heard of London Fog until I was searching recipes!

I've seen bubble tea, and found a Keto recipe to make the balls with gelatin. Sounds like too much effort :), and maybe a little yucky; is bubble tea really any good?

Oh I like different teas.
But my absolute favorite is Stash Tea Dragon Chai, steeped for 15 minutes and then half &half added.
I allow myself one mugful a night due to the carbs from the milk. But, oh, that is something to sit and savor.

Oh, another tea I love is Numi Morrocan mint. Flavor is great and it is also amazing for calming stomach and intestines.

Tea Forte sells an English Breakfast tea that has amazing deep flavor. And a White Ginger Pear tea that is also very good.

I will have to try that Chai!! I had another brand of Morracan Mint and it was really good. I'm growing loads of peppermint, some orange mint, and I will try some new ones in the spring.

I love their regular chai and double chai as well. But I had to cut the caffeine. The Ginger Fire Chai is yummy as well.

I just ordered their loose leaf Rootbeer tea. But that I plan for syrups and/or ice tea depending on the flavor when I steep it.

I like teas because there is so much variability in the base material. And then you can change it further with what you add. And I ordered silicone lids for my mugs so I could long steep hot teas without losing all the heat.

The Numi Morrocan mint is a specific form of spearmint. I love the flavor. So does my son. But the discovery of how well it helps with stomach and intestinal cramps means it stays in stock. And I finally found some of the plant.

If it's caffeine-free and "creative" that you want, I'm afraid that I'm not much help. The only non-caffeine teas I drink come from teabags, with nothing creative. I do like Lemon Zinger (for easy-to-find at the supermarket), and BOH (Malaysian) has some interesting teas, but most of them have caffeine in them (you can find BOH on Amazon).

I have been drinking the Rasberry Zinger but I find it so mild, like drinking warm water. I have been wanting to try some black tea so you find it has a little more taste? (I will the check the BOH out on Amazon).
