1 pound med. ground pork
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 large garlic clove, smashed in to 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon hot red peppers (optional) only if u like hot.

Sprinkle into meat and mix thoroughly, Form into links or patties, Refriigerate wrapped air tight 2 to 3 days to cure and to blend the flavors.
