I've found one of the Fema campers for $2,900.00. Tomorrow I'm meeting the seller to look at it. This is a fellow that buys the fema campers by the 100's and resells them. The one I'm going to look at is in almost new condition. Even tho its a few months before I make my move I can put it in storage here in my town, get it all cleaned up and preload some of my stuff. Yea, that's less that I don't have to move in my truck, or a u-haul.

Here's one we have for sale:

We're selling our 1993 Coleman Cape Cod camper. It's in almost new condition, has never been occupied by more than 2 people, no children or pets and is smoke-free. It's a hard-sided camper, so the walls fold down over each other when the top is raised/lowered. It has sliding glass windows rather than just canvas/fabric, which is really an extra benefit. Some features:

Galley with 3-burner propane stove
Cold, Emerson Quiet-Cool A/C
Running water from either storage tank, or water line hookup
Indoor/outdoor electric with both inside and outside electrical outlets
Queen bed and full sized bed
Lots of storage
Lighted steps
Awning
Portable camp stove that can be used outside
Dinette seating for four

Closed the unit is 14', open it is 21' long.

Its always been garage kept, and is currently open and set-up indoors, ready for viewing.

$3000
Location: Suburb just east of Cincinnati

Here's a link to one just like it. Identical. Lower price.
