Mexican orange Chicken

!/2 c. flour
1/2 tesp salt
1/2 tesp pepper
3 & 1/2 lbs chicken cut up
3 Tab. vege. oil
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tesp. cinnamom
1/8 tesp cloves
1 can(8oz) crushed pineapple not drained

Mix flour & salt & pepper - Coat chicken in the flour mixture. Heat oil in 12 inch skillet. Cook chicken over med. heat till brown on all sides, abt 20 min. Place chicken in an ungreased oblong baking dish 13x9x2.
Mix remaining ingredients pour over chicken. Bake uncovered in 350 deg oven spooning juices over chcicken occasionly, bake 40 to 50 min.

Made it last night. I mistakenly used frozen orange juice concentrate instead of regular orange juice. Some of my family said it was the best chicken they had ever had! I used boneless chicken breasts and served it with rice-a-roni wild rice mix. Good. good, GOOD!!!

This is one where you could keep chicken and orange juice in freezer and rest of ingredients in the pantry for an instant company special dinner. Would also work well for a large group.
