I have a 92 Chevy Lumina; it is sitting lower in the back than the front. Looking in from the side the gap between the wheel and the fender is about 3 inches in the front and 1 inch in the back. Due to the fender well, rubbing is not an issue. If I remove the heavy items from the trunk (A tool box and a tool pouch) the rear will come up some. My question is how I know if the struts need changed. They still have some bounce and nothing looks like it is leaking from them. The left side is equal to the right side. Any help will be appreciated.
