The July 2016 Webbot report talked about “Rivers from the Sky” which are Atmospheric Compression Events. These have happened on three continents so far in the last year, four of these flood events occurred in July alone.

Just think if event like that happen during the winter months, interesting to see 4" inch of water precipitation would make for 4 feet of snow fall, 8" inch you get 8 foot of snow in an hours time.
