Trailers Renting your TT

We have a 32' travel trailor that we have tried to sell because the kids aren't that interested in it anymore. So it sits along side of our house about 48 of the 52 weeks of the year.
I came up with the idea of renting our travel trailor but would appreciate any feedback from all of you about it.
I would have to keep it, of course, in a trailor or rv park.
Do you think this is a good idea or not? I would be concerned about getting someone in there who would trash it or smoke in it, etc..
But, it beats seeing it sitting all the time and not being used.
I thought this might help some people who have had their homes foreclosed on.
Thanks for any advice,
Joe

Sell it on Craigslist or Ebay if you really want to rid yourself of it. Take it to a dealer and see if they will sell it on consignment. I have sold big items on Craigslist the same day I listed them.

I personally would not rent it. It would probably take a real beating and then you stuck trying to sell a camper that looks like crap.

I agree with et2, it will get trashed (easy to do). SELL, put on consignment or use it to barter.

And it could be rented by people who have no idea how to pull a trailer, no clue about "vertical clearance", etc. They could smah your TT into kindling, and then walk away. Also, I don't think regular insurance would cover any damage because it was rented out...
