Feed the Multitudes Special
Cook a big pot of brown rice, seasoned with whatever you like. While it is cooking, brown about a pound of pork sausage. Drain and save the drippings. Dice about 1/2 to 3/4 lb. cheddar cheese and 5 or 6 green onions, including the tops. Cook some scrambled eggs, about 1 per person.
When rice is done, take as much as is needed and put in a skillet with the meat and eggs. Stir and heat. Just before serving, stir in cheese and onions.

Brown Rice recipe
In a large saucepan, put 2 cups brown Basmati rice, 4-1/2 cups water, 2-3 Tbsp. powdered beef broth, 1 clove garlic (minced), 2 Tbls. Bragg's liquid aminos (or soy sauce), 1 tsp. parsley flakes, and a dash of Worcheshire sauce. Bring to a boil, turn heat to "low" and cover and cooked for 1/2 hour or so. Green onions might be good with this.
