Stunning!

FWIW I was able to turn your page into a PDF and scoop your image so you may wish to put a watermark on your work since it's full resolution, or put a lower quality image there and when the license is purchase send the hi resolution image then.

Thank you! Regarding the watermark issue - yes, I agree. I didn't decide on watermarking anything until I got pretty heavily in to photography and had a decent body of work. I like consistency, so if one of my photos is watermarked, they will all be watermarked. It's quite daunting to consider removing all photos I've got stored online, locating the originals (in the case where I don't have the full-res uploaded to the web), watermarking, and re-uploading all of them! It's a task that I know I should complete, but between working almost 40 hours a week and attending college 3/4 time, I'm pretty busy. That being said, thank you for the heads up; I appreciate it.

you can put invisible watermarks on them it can be done in Photoshop, just don't ask me how it's done.

Thank you all for the compliments, and regarding the invisible watermarks - I did some research and it seems there's a method of digitally signing a photo that persists through cropping/resizing/compression. If I find that people are using any of my images without consent, I may start using that method. For now though, I have created a watermark which I'll start using moving forward :).

How does one purchase a photo?

Hi iboya,

I've got some of my work(including this photo) on my website - http://earshel.com. I'm actually running a Thanksgiving promo right now - 20% off of any purchase over $10 (usually an 8x10 or larger) - use coupon code "Turkey". If you have any problems with the website or have any questions, please feel free to email me at earshel@earshel.com or post here and I'll get back to you as soon as I'm able to. I appreciate your interest in my photos :).

Thank you,

Earshel

Scorpania,

Thank you very much - I appreciate you taking the time to look through my photos. 'Footprint' was another special photo for me. I was photographing the old posts and such in the bay, when I looked out towards the horizon and saw my footprint, alone, in otherwise unmolested (recently) land. It's one of the few times I've taken a conceptual photo, and I'm glad that it speaks its intended message :)
