Quilting Some things to share

I was gifted 3 bags of fabric. Within them I found some things I won't use, and I don't know anyone local who would use them. I figured I'd see if anyone here would want them. The only cost is whatever the shipping is.

First is a quilt top. Looks to be queen size. Random pieces of polyester fabric pieced together. 70's polyester material is the look/feel.

Second is some applique squares that look to be really old. The images don't show that there is some light staining and just overall signs of aging and not pampered storage.

I would really like to see these go to someone who could use them.

Kyrsyan, my eyes are too bad to do any quilting nowadays, but I have to give you a big thanks for triggering a memory from way back in my childhood.

When I was very young my mom had a stack of white rectangular pieces with those little side-view girls with bonnets like in your second picture. The figures were appliqued on and I think she'd done them in high school but never put them together into a blanket. Mom was born in 1923 so they would have been sewn in the late 30's at latest.

I wonder what ever happened to those little pieces? Again, thanks for the little nostalgic glimpse into my Long-Ago!

I don't know what it's called. But I think it's cute. But I also don't have a use for them and don't want them to become lost and ignored.

My m-i-l made a Sunbonnet Sue quilt for my dd and niece for Christmas one year. I don't know if dd's is still here somewhere or if she has it. She had two boys so it might be here.
