And another thing, what is to come may very well NOT end how we would like, perhaps even death, but we are all going to die one way or another. I for one will not die in vain. I will not die by sticking my head in the sand. I will either live or die standing for something, something that is right, and communism or socialism IS NOT IT. Furthermore, my children will see what it is in ME to take a stand for what is right. That is just me.

Agreed watchman. I won't lay down my life to support the status quo so some old fart's grandchildren can have "security". I leave that task to the old fart to do for himself...

And when I say Communism and Socialism is not it, I mean to say that it is communism and socialism that I will stand against.

Well, you got me befuddled, I don't know what you are talking about, unless you claim the Status Quo is moving Left and being with the Status Quo, I am also moving Left. I will have to think about that.

But I do know one thing for sure. The position that you and others like you took in the last election put Obama in office. And there is no refuting that.

BS. Obama got in office because more useful idiots voted for him than voted for Romney. i am sick and tired of you blindly loyal republican voters demanding that not only do I have to vote the way you tell me to, and that you demand that I vote for the guy that lost to your last guy in the primaries (if he was already a loser why not try and find a winner instead of a retread) but you then insist that it is my fault that your guy loose. News flash your guy lost because he couldn't get enough people to support him. It is not my job nor my responsibility to allow you to tell me for whom I have to vote and then accept your pronouncement that it is my fault your clown lost.

You sound just like a lot of those on TV that blame everyone else for their problems just from a different point of view. I suggest that you go take a look in the mirror because you are the one to blame for this mess if anyone. In fact I hold you personally responsible for insisting on voting for a loser instead of voting for a real third party candidate that if elected could have shaken the system up enough to make a difference maybe. Yeah, that's ticket. It is you and your fellow republicans fault that Obummer got reelected because you wanted it to be loser Romney's turn to take a shot at the big chair. If you had all listened to me and my fellow anti establishment associates Obummer wouldn't be in office.

Your logic, my placement of players, same end result.

Troke, the reason people are so fed up with your position is because of how ignorant it is. WE HAVE NEVER MOVED FROM THE STATUS QUO IN THE COUNTRY AT LARGE, AND WE ARE STILL MOVING LEFT. That's because the status quo on the part of the GOP IS NO LONGER WORKING AND NEVER WILL AGAIN. Most of us see it, but you're too brainwashed to understand it. The myopia is YOURS rather than OURS. And we get tired of reading you beating the status quo drum, when that method is DEAD in this country. You're just too stubborn and obtuse to see it.

And if you're going to keep doing this, I'd really appreciate it if you'd just keep your political opinions to yourself.

Amen! I would like to second your statement you made, Dennis! These people are blind to what is going on!

Wake Up America! No one is standing up for you! Don't you get it! Both parties have sold out to the corporations!

Revolutions nearly always end badly. The only exceptions were the Glorious Revolution and the American Revolution, and the two things that set them apart were a) a relatively homogeneous cultural landscape, and b) a tendency for even-handedness and forgiveness. I'm not at all confident that modern America can hack a revolution without lapsing into Terror.

For as long as we have 100 million on the government dole, there will be no stinkin' revolution. And if that dole is withdrawn, then there will be Ferguson, country wide.
