"Reproductive freedom for all" was on one of the signs...umm what about the human babies reproductive freedom? or any mans reproductive freedom?

If the man does not want the baby, why can't he kill it, or the mother, or both? why does the STATE give her special power? I think I know the answer, but the ladies will get triggered...

another says " Trust women"...HA HA HA those women?

If a man catches his mate with another man, can he kill them both? or demand payment?

So if things go as planned, it shows the 2A crowd is respectful of the laws of man and can peaceably assemble to petition government for redress of grievances; if things get sporty, it demonstrates that gun laws have no impact whatsoever on the unlawful.

Not certain of the actual layout of the intended demonstration site, but you can be assured that many patriots and antifa DO.

They have done their recon & surveillance, and likely pre positioned “tools” & “supplies” in multiple places.

Coordinated with others, established objective rally points and fall back positions.

Perhaps...well, we’ll see.

Tons of people brighter than I’ll ever be have thought this thru...and a ton of dumb people will be there also...one thing is probable, this may be one event your descendants will study about in history books.

The Washington Free Beacon reports the presence of thousands of NRA members “appeared to have an impact.” Democrats withdrew a bill aimed at AR-15 confiscation and moderated other gun control proposals.
But NRA-ILA Virginia state director Daniel Spiker made clear the changes, though good, were not enough.

He said, “While there were some improvements to some of these bills, overall, it’s still bad legislation. Putting in more regulations and making it more onerous on the law-abiding citizens of Virginia is not something we stand for.”

Richard Cosner, a Chester, Virginia, preacher, was present to oppose new gun controls.

He pointed out attempts to legislate gun control serve as a way to usurp the Constitution: “The Constitution is specific; it ‘shall not be infringed.’ If somebody wants to restrict those rights then they need to follow it by altering the Constitution, not by putting in place legislation that is in conflict with the Constitution.”

Or did they put this bill up knowing they'd have to walk it back in short order so they slip some other restriction in under the wire? Like they're being "reasonable" walking that back so Virginia gun owners should be "reasonable" and accept some other infringement on their God given rights? I think Virginia gun owners are done with being "reasonable".

I think Virginia was a test to see how the people would respond. If there had been no outrage over the bill then more states would have been gun-grabbing. Now they will go back to the drawing board and figure out another way to disarm the public.

The people of Virginia are not as stupid or as submissive as they were banking on.

Their constituents may continue to enlighten them. If they're not careful they may find out more than they want to know.

Every county sheriff must deputize their citizenry and then march right into the capital armed and arrest those smart ass communists. The whole nation is watching this, if the people back down here, watch the communist steam roller move over the whole nation in just a few weeks. Gun confiscation bills are already lined up across the nation. Seems ohole and Soreass are working together in this matter and directing these commie govnas as to how to take the guns. This is it boys.

Yeah, guess what kind of party the media would have if this happened right now? And the resulting backlash? Sure would put Trump in a very awkward position.

Ya gotta think things like this through. They might be real satisfying emotionally, to contemplate, but does that make you any different than the "orange man bad" crowd?

Human nature is..... human nature. There have always been tribes, sides, political affiliations... and they have always fought. Sometimes verbally but most often, throughout history, violently. The ones we seldom hear of are the ones who refused to fight violently at the times of most peril. If that makes one side no different than the "orange mand bad" crowd then they are just following historical precedence.

One should make a note and never forget that Bloomberg is taking credit for flipping the state Dem. and especially the 2A prohibition through his Mayor's against guns program.

Everyone should consider Bloomberg a Northam on a federal level.

Imagine that...no don't it's a horror movie.

We have fought wars and shed American blood and treasure over this ideology, in the past.

At Northam’s urging, new bills — HB 961 is the prototype — were introduced. It is less obviously unconstitutional but more far-reaching (and in some ways worse) than its predecessors.
HB 961 retains the same definitions of “assault weapons” that SB 16 had. The definition includes every semi-automatic firearm:

Someone said they heard there would be ('somebody' or more than one) at the rally Monday to shoot and kill the governor.

Interesting calls coming in though where one caller blamed the Republicans in some county that forced a trump support off their board.

The problem with this declaration by the governor, that now means that they feel they can just make a declaration, ( without evidence ) and the suspend all rights until they feel safe again.

Apparently he doesn't understand that the Constitution is written to keep the government in fear! Not safety!
