Hmmm....

Why would Vice report Antifa was marching with Pro 2A supporters when it is apparent Antifa is not?

Antifa says they're coming for other reasons...

We never indicated we were attending as a group, nor did we make any call to action for folks to engage in the way that is being purported. We have monitored this situation closely for weeks and found it to be increasingly dangerous. We spoke to the fact that several leftist gun groups are coming as they’ve stated so publicly. We only spoke to opportunities...

Well I have to say, I don't know who is MARCHING on monday, since this is technically a day that residents of the Commonwealth show up to have a chat with their elected representatives on issues they are concerned about. It's "Ralphie, the walking, talking rectum" that turned this into a shite show with his emergency decrees and fencing around the Capitol. I'm going to be there and I can tell you that this old fart isn't marching about anything. I'm gonna find a group of like minded folks to hang out with by the fence line and listen to those who are speaking. Lobby day starts at 0800 and I won't even get to the train station until about 930 am and that is IF Amtrak is on time. So if Antifa or whoever wants to link arms and conga line around the Capitol, have at it boys. I'll be saving my energy and keeping situational awareness.

Senator Chase has emerged as a strong voice in this constitutional crisis. Pray she remains firm and not intimidated.

more from the DC Clothesline mentioned above:

".....In case you didn’t fully realize that something big is about to take place in America, file these two facts in your brain:

Fact #1: The U.S. military, Carrier Strike Group Four (CSG4), is jamming GPS signals from Jan 16th – 24th, which may overlap the planned deep state false flag event in Richmond, Virginia. Richmond is just at the margins of the range of the GPS jamming exercise map released by the military (see below). The epicenter of the so-called “exercise” is off the coast of Georgia. The official FAA announcement claims no jamming will take place on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday next week, but we don’t trust the FAA, so your mileage may vary. Remember, too, that 90% of the American population below the age of 30 has never read a paper map and can’t use a compass.

The GPS jamming exercise continues through Jan. 24th and effects South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Eastern Tennessee, Alabama and all of Florida. The AOPA (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association) has posted details of the warning here.

FBI invokes “imminent domain” to seize high-end night vision tubes
Fact #2: The FBI is now claiming “imminent domain” to essentially seize high-end night vision tubes (that power night vision goggles) from distributors in the United States. This indicates the FBI has an emergency effort under way to acquire large numbers of night vision devices in anticipation of some urgent event which will take place at night (possibly another FBI false flag operation like Oklahoma City or the 1993 attempted World Trade Center bombing which was entirely masterminded by the FBI).

Bob Griswold from ReadyMadeResources.com relates a shocking event where he had already locked in the purchase of 70 night vision tubes from his distributor, and had those tubes invoiced and committed. Within hours, the FBI claimed imminent domain over the tubes, effectively “seizing” them from Ready Made Resources before they could even be shipped. We reviewed a letter written to RMR by their distributor, confirming that the government preempted the order to RMR and claimed they had ownership over the gear because they were the government...."

Yes I see DC Clothesline is quoting Natural News but the Griswold story broke on Alex Jones yesterday.

Virginia City Councilman Brings AR-15 to 2nd Amendment Sanctuary Vote

Portsmouth, Virginia, councilman Nathan Clark participated in his city’s Second Amendment Sanctuary vote while carrying an AR-15.

The Virginian-Pilot reports that two liberals, Councilman Shannon Glove and Vice Mayor Lisa Lucas-Burke, were critical of Clark’s decision to bring his gun to the vote and asked him to apologize for doing so.

Councilman Bill Moody defended Clark, saying, “I do not believe that Council(man) Clark needs to apologize for exercising his right as a law enforcement officer to carry his weapon to a public meeting. I can appreciate liberals’ knee jerk reactions but if they have a problem with the law they should use the system they now control to change it.”

Clark told WTKR he carried the gun openly to show support for gun rights.

He said, “I had a lot of people come and talk to me after it. No one appeared intimidated. There the police officers that were there; they were aware that I had it.”

The council passed the Second Amendment Sanctuary resolution by a vote of 4-3.

2A should not march with antifa for any reason, IMHO. Just think if anything goes side ways, 2A gets the blame not antifa. Nothing about it seems like a good idea to me.

Absolutely. But, on the bright side ::rolls eyes:: no matter what happens, the 2a folks are going to come outta this tarred & feathered, thanks to the dumb & drunk masses, & courtesy of the FAKE NEWS & MSM skin sacks.

Reading up on "The Base" ( isn't that al-Qaeda??? ), they don't seem to be much more than a loosely grouped internet chat forum consisting of about 45 members and have yet to be involved in any violent activities.

Sounds like the perfect FBI patsy's, to me...

Part of me wants to go to Richmond. But I have to work and I really hate crowds. I am also of the belief that this is something that the citizens of Virginia need to sort out without others from outside the state interfering. Having said that, Monday is going to be a shit show...

All 3 MSM Networks Join Democrats in Painting Gun Rights Advocates as Violent Terrorists

By Kyle Drennen | January 17, 2020 1:05 PM EST

On Thursday and Friday, all three broadcast networks eagerly joined Virginia Democrats in attempting to smear gun rights advocates in the commonwealth as violent, racist terrorists who were plotting “a rerun of the deadly Charlottesville protests.” Reporters seized on Governor Ralph Northam declaring a “state of emergency” ahead of a pro-Second Amendment rally at the statehouse in Richmond.

“There are new fears tied to a pro-gun rally that’s scheduled in Virginia,” co-host Savannah Guthrie warned viewers on NBC’s Today show. Leading off the full report that followed, correspondent Geoff Bennett added to the hysteria: “The Virginia capital is bracing for violence ahead of next week’s gun rights rally. Officials are concerned it could be a rerun of the deadly Charlottesville protests that unfolded three years ago.”

After declaring “Virginia on high alert,” Bennett hyped the arrest of three neo-Nazis who were in no way affiliated with any of the groups organizing the upcoming peaceful demonstration:

Just days before thousands of gun rights activists are expected to rally at the state capital, the FBI arresting three alleged members of a violent white supremacist group on gun charges. The group is known as “The Base,” which is the English translation of “Al-Qaeda.” Law enforcement officials say the men had obtained weapons and discussed participating in the rally.

The reporter then touted: “Just one day earlier, Governor Ralph Northam declaring a state of emergency after learning armed militias and hate groups planned to join the protest.”

While briefly explaining that “protesters are expected to voice their opposition to tougher gun laws being proposed in the state” during Monday’s rally, Bennett reiterated: “Northam says he fears a repeat of the deadly 2017 march by white nationalists in Charlottesville, Virginia.” Turning to a woman on the street, the reporter asked: “Are you worried about what might happen on Monday?” She predictably reacted with concern to how he framed the story: “Yeah, yeah, definitely. If it’s anything like Charlottesville, that’s scary.”

To his credit, Bennett did seek out another woman who was a gun rights supporter, noting: “Some see the Governor’s action as an assault on their Second Amendment rights.” The unidentified woman told him: “We bear arms peacefully. We desire to keep and stay under the Constitution of the United States.”

Wrapping up the report, Bennett mentioned that “Organizers of the gun rights rally say they are encouraging peaceful protests.” Though he then felt the need to add that Northam “is also asking event organizers to disavow any group that would threaten to do violence.”

On CBS This Morning, fill-in co-host Michelle Miller panicked: “The arrest of three alleged white supremacists is raising alarms ahead of a gun rights rally in Richmond, Virginia.” She proclaimed: “The state’s governor says there is credible intelligence of potential violence at Monday’s event.” The headline “Gun Rally Threat” appeared on screen next to her as she introduced the segment.

Reporting from Richmond, correspondent Jeff Pegues sensationalized: “The arrest of the three men, Michelle, is really feeding this narrative that there could be violence here on Monday. In fact, investigators say the three men were targeting the event as a way of spreading their hate-filled ideology.”

“The arrests only reinforce concerns Monday’s rally could be a repeat of what happened in Charlottesville in 2017 unless officials intervene,” he feared moments later.

Talking to one of the protest organizers, Virginia Citizens Defense League president Philip Van Cleave, Pegues pressed: “Are you concerned that it could escalate into something you didn’t expect?” The reporter complained that Van Cleave “refuses to call off the event over the arrests.” For his part, Van Cleave pushed back: “We will not let them deter us or slow us down. We’re trying to protect rights here.”

ABC’s Good Morning America did not cover the topic on Friday, but on Thursday’s World News Tonight, anchor David Muir offered this news brief:

The FBI tonight has arrested three alleged members of the neo-Nazi group “The Base” ahead of a gun rights rally in Richmond, Virginia. Among them, a former reservist in the Canadian army who allegedly had weapons and discussed traveling to the rally. As we reported last night, Governor Ralph Northam has imposed a temporary ban on weapons near the capitol, where a rally against new gun regulations is planned for Monday.

Just imagine if a liberal protest was scheduled to object to a conservative policy, would the media spend days leading up to the event suggesting the left-wing organizers of the rally were somehow in league with violent extremists?

Here is the January 17 report on NBC’s Today show:

So they arrested them in another state and tie them to Virginia. Until they actually traveled, no crime was committed or even better, there is no basis for the Martial Law declaration by the governor.
Check out 2.2-103 and 44-146.13 for Gov's authority in this matter. A part of the confusion with it is the definition of shelters. More than a little confusing?

The problem here can be inferred from the headline: “Tyranny at the Door in Virginia.” Sorry, but tyranny came right in the door, raided the fridge, sat itself on the couch, and made itself right at home already.
It began when Ralph “Blackface” Northam became the governor of Virginia in 2017, then advanced another step when the Democratic Party took control of the Virginia General Assembly last year. In part, these events transpired because of the efforts by Michael Bloomberg and George Soros to put Virginia in their crosshairs by dumping millions of dollars into state and local elections.
And when the collaborationist GOPe failed to even bother running candidates in multiple races across Virginia, lest we forget.
Earlier this week, the state senate judiciary committee, voting along straight party lines, passed bills that would require background checks on all private transfers of firearms, let owners keep their banned firearms only if they register with the Virginia State Police, and ban suppressors and any magazines over 10 rounds. The committee also passed red-flag legislation.
The good news is that Virginians are not taking the Democrats’ efforts lying down. Across the state, the grassroots have come alive. To date, 124 counties, cities, and localities have declared themselves sanctuaries for the Second Amendment (consider there are 95 counties and 41 independent cities total in the entire state). These jurisdictions have made it clear they will refuse to enforce any anti-Second Amendment legislation coming from Richmond.
The response of Northam and Attorney General Mark “I’m also into blackface” Herring is to insist that any laws passed regarding gun control will be enforced. Really? By whom? The sheriffs? Not likely. County police? Probably not. State troopers and the national guard? Not likely, either.
Besides, do you really think many Virginians are just going to hand over their guns? The only thing they will be handing over is rounds fired in the direction of anyone seeking to confiscate their rifles and pistols.
Well, maybe. But then again, maybe not.
As far as I can tell, the VCDL is trying very hard to tread lightly and responsibly with their upcoming rally, going way out of their way to emphasize that they’re a mainstream group of law-abiding citizens intent only on peaceably assembling to petition their government for redress of grievances, as is their good right, on a day specifically provided in Virginia each year for that very purpose.
Unfortunately, the more I see of this, the greater the likelihood of a bloody disaster intentionally created by the very malefactors responsible for this confrontation in the first place seems. The sorry fact is that the time for peaceful protest is far, far behind us. The war to preserve the US Constitution, the rights enumerated therein, and for liberty itself was lost many decades ago. The America of our Founders is no more.
The Virginia Democrat-Socialists certainly seem to think so, anyway; they’re marching boldly on without the slightest apparent concern over the possibility of igniting a powderkeg underneath their own worthless asses. They seem quite confident that ultimately, Virginia 2A supporters will sit complacently back and let their rights be stripped from them just like they have so many times before, not just in Va but all across the nation. They’re placing all their chips on this bet.
Honestly, I’m not at all sure I’d be willing to bet against them.
As I’ve said so many times: the most important thing the Left learned from their ill-fated stab at Prohibition was the proper way to boil a frog. Ever since, they’ve been devouring American liberty not in huge gulps, but in bite-size morsels—slowly, patiently, one piece at a time. Whatever a massive public protest in Va may or may not have achieved in the distant past, it will accomplish nothing now. Virginia gun-grabbers see the end-game, the culmination of all their fondest dreams of unchecked rule, within their grasp at last. No mere public show of opposition is going to dissuade them now.
And that really is too bad. One likes to imagine that, as American citizens, our rulers might be responsive to the wishes of those they rule, mindful not to flex their muscle too assertively, too aggressively. But as they get elected and re-elected over and over again, perpetrating the most stunningly brazen acts of corruption and abuse of power imaginable with near-total impunity, they’ve lost all fear of the voters’ wrath. Hell, the very existence of a professional, career-politician class itself—in direct contravention of the most dire warnings of the Founders—is but one of a long list of unsavory developments that have emboldened them.
No sane, decent person wants to have to shoot a neighbor, a cop, a friend or relative to safeguard his own freedom. Ironically, though, it would seem that an altogether human abhorrence for violence is the very thing ensuring that someday, those decent folks will be forced to hoist the black flag and start slitting throats. Many Virginians will probably get busy burying guns in the backyard in response to the passage of these abominable laws. But as Bracken says: if you think it’s time to start burying your guns, it’s actually time to start digging them up. Aesop submits:
If this is a war, fight it like a war. Holding a parade on your enemy’s quarterdeck isn’t going to get you anything you want, but it’ll get you a lot of what you don’t want. Oh, and in about 97 ways, you’re not ready for a war yet. So maybe start working on that first.
And if it’s not quite a war yet, you’ve damned sure got better things to do than grabbing your crotch and waving your shortcomings in the enemy’s face. So maybe start working on doing operations-other-than-war a helluva lot better too.
Which leaves no time for childish tantrums. Stop playing in the street, pull your heads out of your asses, and start doing serious things in a serious way, like this was serious business, and not a grade school food fight.
The tree of liberty may indeed be due for another good watering; I dunno, it’s not for me to say. But we all better be very damned sure about that first.
Update! The shitshow just got shittier.
I guess we now know why Virginia Governor Ralph Northam outlawed all weapons at a pro-gun rally organized by the Virginia Citizens Defense League (VCDL), the state’s best known pro-Second Amendment group. Antifa’s showing up.
Vice News and other media outlets breathlessly reported Friday that Antifa and the right-leaning Second Amendment supporters have much in common and so will stand shoulder-to-shoulder on Monday to battle against the state.
“I think it’s been pretty important for us to focus on the fact that gun control in America has a legacy of racist enforcement,” said Antifa Seven Hills spokesperson James (who asked that his name be withheld to avoid getting doxxed online). “Like taking guns away from black people, because black people were perceived as a threat to property and the sanctity of the state.

This is our fight as much as anyone else’s,” James, who identifies as an anarchist, added. “It’s our state, and we are left largely out of the debate. The presence of an armed left is not discussed, it’s not understood.”
Ohhhh yeah, THIS is gonna end well.

Richmond is now a no fly zone until after the 20th.
There is now no gps on most of the east coast..due to navy experiment.

It was said blackface wanted to bring in blue helmets. They need to fly and have gps. Oh well! Remember Trump is pro gun.

Guns are outlawed inside the fence where the speakers will be and in the offices where the lobbing will be.
9th Street will closed to traffic... Guns are legal there on that side of the fence.
There will be loud speakers so people on the carry side of the fence will be able to hear the speakers
VCLD is calling for 10,000 to come. We here in Virginia have not heard of any militias coming. ....... Fake News????? Blackface wants a small turnout..so he can say we don't really care....the stories get wilder by the day. They are trying to keep the size down.
Think about all the crazy stuff flying around.

Sorry if I didn't go back and read all previous posts and repeated some info. That said a word of caution about drawing your weapon should something happen. There are those that instinctively are trained to reach, draw and use their weapon. This training is going to be out there. It's going to take real restraint to control their training and urges. Control it and leave quickly is my suggestion. There will be uniformed LE and many plain clothed LE and every fed agency that exits out there. Displaying a weapon could be the last last thing you do.

Lastly one area over looked is the prayer element. Lt Col. Moore and Gen. Patton asked God for protection and victory. Two or more people gathered in my name, there will I be also. Today is Sunday and ask your ministers, priests, Rabbis for protection and a peaceful outcome. Join together in groups and seek the Lord and his guidance. This is the classic struggle on good vs. evil.

Best to all and my prayers are with you all.

The obamanation removed the prohibition of the government using propaganda against US citizens, there has been a full court press of government sponsored, left-wing propaganda since then. This is just another example of the cia demonization techniques being used against the enemies of the left.
