Short story........
We have a rental, with a great tenant. Unfortunately the local trash service busted the trash can about 3 1/2 weeks ago. As you would expect they took the busted can and promised a new one asap......
That never happened......
So I call the city who subcontracts out the service. I get a person to whom I explain the situation and promises she will tell the next person in line that we need a new can.......
Time passes and they never deliver......
I call again today and I am told that on the 18th they attempted to replace the can, but we had no can to give them..... so they didn't deliver the new can.......
Remember, they took the old can..... so I have no can to give them......
After 30 minutes going back and forth with the trash company, they tell me okay they NOW understand that we do not have a can because they already too the old can..... so they can replace it sometime in the next 10 days........... no you can not pick it up ...... no they can not move any faster...... no and no and no.....
