^^^ This. Not to mention, does anyone really think our biggest and best NATO bases didn't have rooms and training for biowarfare with the Soviets. They are in much better shape than hospitals in the states for coping with this.

Liberal damocrats hate the US military. The US military has always been very conservative,
because liberalism will get you dead on the battlefield.

This administration more than all the others combined, has done more to destroy the US military
than anyone could have dreamed possible.

Sodomites running rampant, women on ships and now subs, purging of the most qualified high
ranking officers and NCO's, on and on and on.

Now they are being offered up as a sacrifice, and also just as in Mogadishu Somali,

My firm belief is that the USA will not survive the final two years of this administration,

I read elsewhere (maybe here), that the only reason our troops have been sent to these areas of ebola, is to turn them into carriers for this disease and send them back to the US.

What a perfect way to spread ebola. Looks like it may work.

If there are at least 4 cases right now it wouldn't surprise me if they recall all our troops. With many infected.

And should they recall all of the troops in W Africa, the IRONbound protocols are for EVERY ONE of them to return TO ITALY FOR 21 days, with NO EXCEPTIONS so ytou can forget about troops as domestic Ebola vectors. The .mil has already set THAT in STONE.....long before deploying even the teams in Italy right now.

And yet...at least one (I suspect possibly more) "special" plane went from Velizy on 1st w/final destination of ATL on the 2nd via Gander. (I don't think the VA is the one treating the passenger(s))

They are capable of handling high BSL patients, considering the preparedness dating back to the Cold War...

There is breaking news on this hour on Ebola on the U.S. military taking new steps to quarantine troops on the fight over states like New York and New Jersey quarantining civilians and this out of the Baltimore, Washington area.

The University Of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore now says it's evaluating and caring for a potential Ebola patient. No word on who the patient is, male or female or his or her circumstances. We are going to have more on that to learn in just a moment.

There's also breaking news as well on another potential case of it that tugged a lot of heartstrings today. A 5-year-old boy just back in New York from Guinea taken to Manhattan's Bellevue Hospital in a biohazard equipped ambulance.

COOPER: I can just imagine what it must be like for that little boy, for his family, from people across the city and country who have been struggling with how to come to grips with Ebola.

And Barbara Starr with new rules for troops coming back from West Africa. We begin with Barbara Starr.

So exactly, how is the army planning to deal with soldiers and others returning from serving in Liberia or Guinea or Sierra Leone?

BARBARA STARR, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Good evening, Anderson.

The U.S. army took an extraordinary step today and ordered that all army troops, all soldiers returning from West Africa will go into what they are calling controlled monitoring, what the rest of us might call a 21-day quarantine.

They're housed separately, their temperature will be monitored, they will not be allowed to see their families. They will have to stay inside during that 21-day period. Already a two-star General, General Darrell Williams and about a dozen of his folks are just back from Africa are undergoing this monitoring, this quarantine in Italy at their home base now, the store opened to all U.S. army troops doing this.

And General Williams and his team right now are said to be completely asymptomatic. None of them are showing symptoms of Ebola. The army says it is doing this out of an abundance of caution, but this is really way beyond what the Pentagon had even laid out as the steps for those having no symptoms for when they come back from their duty assignments.

COOPER: All right, Barbara Starr, thanks very much for that.

The test results on the 5-year-old boy in New York's Bellevue Hospital note, Miguel Marquez is there with that. What have we learned, Miguel?

MIGUEL MARQUEZ, CNN NATIONAL CORRESPONDENT: Well, fortunately they're negative for now. The young boy and his mother will remain here at Bellevue and he will go through undergo more tests in the days ahead to make sure that it remains negative. So for now he will stay in the same containment in that isolation unit here at Bellevue.

He came on Saturday night from Guinea. They've been there for about a month. On Sunday, he began to get sick and that's what they brought him here.

The one thing that both the CDC and the mayor of New York said that's throughout the day is that he it did not appear that his symptoms were like Ebola. He apparently seemed to have the vomiting and the diarrhea first, then the fever came on, when he came -- when he came to the hospital. So they didn't think it was Ebola, but because they want to be completely cautious, they tested him. It came out negative so far. They going to keep him here for further tests to make sure that he's completely Ebola-free -- Anderson. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

*Ebola hemorrhagic fever (or Ebola Virus Disease, or just EVD) is one of numerous Viral Hemorrhagic Fevers. It is a severe, often fatal disease in humans and nonhuman primates such as monkeys, gorillas, and chimpanzees. Fruit bats of the Pteropodidae family are considered (but not confirmed) to be the natural host of the Ebola virus.

EVD is caused by infection with a virus of the family Filoviridae, genus Ebolavirus. Darryl Williams, the commander of the U.S. Army Africa forces – and up to 30 more are expected to arrive soon, bringing the total number of quarantined troops to 41

It was unclear whether or not the move represented a reversal of Pentagon policy regarding medical quarantine for U.S. military returning from Africa.

Only last Friday, Maj. Gen. James M. Lariviere, deputy director of political-military affairs for Africa, testified to the House Oversight Committee that there was only one airplane available to transport Ebola patients out of Africa, with a maximum capacity of 10 soldiers a week.

“There will be a military hospital created in Liberia and a second in Sierra Leone, so any U.S. soldier that contracts Ebola in Africa will first be treated in-country and then flown back to the United States for treatment,” Lariviere explained.

Lariviere said U.S. troops could return to the U.S. after a 10-day waiting period of showing no signs of having contracted the disease.

Lariviere further explained that once back on base in the U.S., the soldiers would be required for 21 days to report to a base medical facility to have a doctor take their temperatures and to “look them in the eye” to examine them.

In a House hearing Friday, however, Rep. Stephen Lynch, D-Mass., took issue with the policy.

“Instead of a 21-day checking period in the United States to determine whether a soldier is Ebola-free, the waiting period ought to be 21 days in Africa, before a soldier is given permission to return to the United States,” he said. “We need a fact-based approach to the Ebola problem in Africa, not just happy talk.”

In Italy, La Republica in Rome and La Stampa in Turin reported that John R. Phillips, the U.S. ambassador to Italy, confirmed the 11 U.S. soldiers returning from Liberia currently being held in quarantine at Camp Ederle, a U.S. military base near Vicenza, Italy, would soon be followed Monday by another 30.

The Corriere della Sera newspaper reported in Milan that Vicenza Mayor Achille Variati told the press the U.S. military prefect in Vicenza had assured the local government that all of the military returning from Liberia are healthy and none are considered to be at risk for developing Ebola.

The Corriere della Sera further reported that on their arrival at a U.S. military airport in Vicenza, the 11 placed in quarantine were met by a guard of Carabinieri, Italy’s federal military police force, and a group of Italian workers dressed in full-body bio-hazard protective suits.

Gen. Williams, upon arriving in Italy, assured the Italian press the U.S troops arriving in Vicenza were all healthy, and the “probability that any one of them might have Ebola is virtually zero.”

The Italian press reported the U.S. soldiers returning from Africa will be placed in 21-day quarantine at a separate military facility on the U.S. military base. The facility is specially designed for controlled health monitoring under the care of U.S. military doctors and supervised by U.S. military heath-care personnel.

Williams and the U.S. troops arriving in Italy have been in West Africa for the past 30 days, traveling extensively around Liberia to set up the initial U.S. military assistance base in country.

The Corriere della Sera reported U.S. soldiers landing in Italy on their way home from Liberia were subject to an unnamed international security agreement signed by Italy that provides for soldiers and workers returning from countries experiencing a disease epidemic to be placed in 21-days isolation after landing in Italy and being screened by Italian authorities.

The Milan newspaper explained the international protocol places the U.S. soldiers under the authority of the Italian government Office of Maritime Health Air and Border, USMAF, in the Italian Ministry of Health.

The Corriere della Sera noted the “procedure, among other things, provides that if a single soldier aboard the U.S. military aircraft arriving from Liberia says they were in contact with Ebola, then all the passengers in the airplane must automatically be placed in quarantine, presumably even including the aircraft pilots and crew.”

The paper noted the Pentagon is considering the possibility of placing in quarantine all the U.S. troops returning through Italy from any African countries affected by the epidemic.

I recently had an exchange of emails with David Rasnick, PhD.

You can read Rasnick’s bio at his site, davidrasnick.com. He obtained his PhD
from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and spent 25 years working with
proteases (a class of enzymes) and protease inhibitors. He is the author of the book,
The Chromosomal Imbalance Theory of Cancer.
He was a member of the Presidential AIDS Advisory Panel of South Africa.

The subject of our conversation was the isolation of the Ebola virus from humans.
Has it ever been done?

Direct isolation is far different from diagnostic tests such as antibody or PCR,
which are both indirect methods of assessment. In previous articles,
I’ve covered the irrelevance of these two tests.

Any discussion of the Ebola virus must begin with the question of direct isolation.
The whole presumption of an Ebola outbreak and epidemic rests on that question.

Was the Ebola virus ever purified and isolated from a human?

Here is what Rasnick wrote, after his search of the published literature:

“I have examined in detail the literature on isolation and Ems [EM: electron microscope pictures]
of both Ebola and Marburg viruses. I have not found any convincing evidence that Ebola virus
(and for that matter Marburg) has been isolated from humans. There is certainly no confirmatory evidence of human isolation.

“I searched the CDC’s website and came up dry.

“The CDC claims 7728 Ebola virus cases have been ‘laboratory-confirmed’.

“I asked the CDC what constitutes isolation of Ebola virus from human specimens.
I also asked for the protocol for isolating Ebola virus. [No reply from the CDC as of this date.]

“Virtually everything that is known and done with these viruses is in animals and cell culture.”

Rasnick continued:

“There is the possibility that Ebola and Marburg viruses represent laboratory artifacts.
I’m inclined to think this is the case. What I mean is the viruses are real but may exist
at very low levels in wild animals and even humans, well-below pathogenic [disease-causing] levels.
These ‘passenger’ viruses may be activated and amplified in laboratory culturing conditions designed
for that purpose in order to produce enough viral particles to be characterized.

“Viruses causing real pathology are abundant in the diseased tissues.
You can see them using EM on the primary tissue. You do not need to amplify the virus in cell culture.
I’m always suspicious when cell culture is the only way a virus is observable by EM.”
Rasnick’s findings are a direct challenge to the basis of the whole “Ebola outbreak.”
If indeed the Ebola virus has never been isolated from a human being, the so-called epidemic is unproven.

To say this is shocking would be a vast understatement.

When public-health officials and governments claim there is an epidemic, the burden of proof is on them.

At this point, they must, first and foremost, show someone, somewhere,
correctly and directly and undeniably isolated Ebola virus from a human being.

Let’s see the evidence. Now.

Knock yourself out, Bullwinkle. Below is a link to the 1978 WHO report regarding the original 1976 Zaire Ebola outbreak. Several references to direct isolation of the Ebola virus from human blood, semen and liver biopsies specifically, and observation of such via electron microscopy. The WHO has reports stored on its web site on virtually every Ebola outbreak (about 20) over the last 38 years. Virtually all of them have references to isolation of the virus from humans during the outbreak.

According to potrblog in the video below, the “Veterans Administration hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico is expecting the near term arrival of a number of Ebola patients and is creating an entire Ebola Ward to handle the infected patient inflow,” and he states that it is unclear if this is the planned location being set up to quarantine US military members coming back from west Africa after becoming infected with the deadly Ebola virus.

ANP readers might remember a shock claim” made by Pastor Michael, on October 15, 2014, reported at ANP on October 16, 2014, where he stated that a large group of soldiers had been sent back from Africa having already being exposed and infected with Ebola, which makes the potrblog’s news all the more disturbing.

Furthermore, the nature of the report at potrblog’s website, where the VA HVAC contract is for the emergency installation of HEPA air filters, also brings about the question of whether they expect the Ebola virus is already airborne.

The hospital is fearful that the Airborne spread of Ebola out of their quarantine ward will “create a situation where an outbreak of Ebola may happen to patient, guest or employees”. The Veterans Administration has categorized this as an emergency situation, and has awarded a no-bid emergency contract to install HEPA air filters in the Ward’s return air HVAC ducting.

Ebola may have been isolated earlier but you did not show that Ebola has been isolated from a single
one of the people that allegedly had Ebola in the last 4 months.

government Corporations that have a long history of lying for fun and profit.

I am just offering the possibility that the whole Ebola event is not true,
and offering an alternative viewpoint for readers to research.

I have learned long ago not to accept what the majority are believing.
