Help ADC Order Not Arrived Stuck in Customs Can't Contact ADC

We placed an order with ADC in Sept, when we rec'd it, the package was damaged (outer box torn open, all contents very wet).

We called ADC who asked for photos of box/contents, we sent them. We were then given the option of a refund or replacement, we chose replacement.

They reshipped the package and it has been sitting in NY Customs for over 2 weeks.

I've tried calling ADC yesterday, but couldn't even get a busy signal, I figured they were having phone troubles, so called back today. Today when I call them it sounds like the automated voice has been inhaling helium ( very high and very fast). While waiting for someone to answer I was disconnected.

This was only our 2nd order with ADC, is it normal for Customs to hold package/s for over 2 weeks ?

Yes and no. I had one that looked like it was being held. But given that I finally got it, the problem was likely getting it off the ship, and then out of the dock, to the shipper in the US.

My last order had been opened and not even taped back closed. Lucky it even arrived.
Been using then since 1999 and that was a first.

I had one stuck in customs for 2+ years. Never saw it, and last I checked it was still in customs. I stopped checking.

Just ordered ivermectin, Hcq and some other shtuff. Arrived in two wks.
Any time I've had trouble receiving an order it's been on the customs side. Usually takes 2-3 wks to arrive, longest wait was 2mos. Been ordering from them for years.

my October 11th order from ADC sat in Jamaica, New York for over 8 days!!! Looks like I will receive it tomorrow!

We've been checking the tracking #. It shows it arriving/processing through at ISC NY on Oct 23rd. That's the last movement.

My package just arrived! 28 days.

I rechecked my tracking and it took NEWYORK 10 days to go from the ISC location to Jamaica,NY which is the International
Distribution Center. Then 3 MORE days before they forwarded to CHICAGO.

You package is probably having dinner and a show tonight, lol!

We finally rec'd our order this week. It sat in the ISC New York from Oct 23rd to Nov. 13th.
Also rec'd a call (voice mail) from ADC saying they were having technical difficulties. I assume they noticed I'd called several times, but wasn't able to actually speak with someone.
