This comes as gas prices are once again skyrocketing.
Recall that Biden drained the SPR to its lowest level in 40 years.
Biden sold the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserves (SPR) to Europe, India and China.
Joe Biden depleted the SPR to help China.
Bloomberg reported:
The Biden administration won’t move forward with its latest plans to buy oil for the Strategic Petroleum Reserve amid rising prices.
The Energy Department said it was “keeping the taxpayer’s interest at the forefront” in its decision not to purchase as many as 3 million barrels of oil for a Strategic Petroleum Reserve site in Louisiana. The plan for the barrels to be delivered in August and September had been announced in mid-March.

In October 2022 Joe Biden absurdly claimed he would be refilling the oil reserve at $70 a barrel to make money.
“By selling from the [oil reserve] at the higher price of $90 earlier this year and then re-filling it in the future at a lower price around $70 will actually make money,” Biden previously said.

A few years ago the Democrats blocked President Trump from filling the Strategic Oil Reserves at $24 per barrel.
The Democrats cost the US BILLIONS in potential profits.
To add to the scandal, Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm secretly consulted with CCP energy officials before Joe Biden released barrels of oil from the US Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) in 2021.

“Secretary Granholm’s multiple closed-door meetings with a CCP-connected energy official raise serious questions about the level of Chinese influence on the Biden administration’s energy agenda,” APT Executive Director Caitlin Sutherland told Fox News.
The Department of Energy (DOE) downplayed the Biden Regime’s consultation with CCP officials and said the meeting was a part of the agency’s effort to ‘combat climate change.’

“Solving the climate crisis means engaging with competitors and allies in clear and substantive discussions — especially among the nations emitting the most carbon pollution into the atmosphere,” a DOE spox told Fox News. “We must all address the transnational challenge of climate change to our planet.”

The Biden crime family has received $31 million from companies tied to the Chinese Communist Party’s Ministry for State Security. The only explanation for the Biden Regime’s treasonous actions in wartime is that they are “intentionally trying to harm the United States”, said Tucker Carlson. “If that’s not an indictable offense, it’s certainly an impeachable one.”

No man who has committed so many acts inimical to US interests can possibly be anything other than a traitor or paid agent intentionally damaging the country. If this country has a future and if the facts eventually see daylight, Biden will be seen as the worst - and a truly evil - occupant of the White House the nation has ever suffered under.

Why did I say "if" regarding this country's future. It's simple. The Biden Administration has been doing everything in its power to antagonize the Russians and bring us ever closer to nuclear war. Biden has also been filling the ranks of the Defense Department - both military and civilian - with woke and incompetent leadership.

To my mind it is entirely possible that this is part of a larger plan to ensure that the US would lose a nuclear exchange between the US and Russia/China.

Note that I'm not saying that this is absolutely the case, but from where I sit, Biden's actions smell of the stench of defeat.

As I have said many times in these pages all of you should have a working plan in place to store liquid fuels, just as you store food, weapons and other necessities. Obviously, fire safety should be the first consideration.

You can start by filling five gallon containers and then work your way up to using 55 gallon plastic or metal drums. Moving up yet another step, you can use old 150 or 250 gallon propane tanks for liquid fuel storage. If you are using these steel tanks for gasoline storage you will have to install non-sparking plastic, aluminum or brass fittings at the filler necks and ensure that the tanks are well grounded.

Many people will not be in a position to do this because they live in apartments or other unsuitable abodes. If this is the case, you really should move to more suitable living quarters. This is not only to accommodate fuel storage, but for a host of other reasons to make your situation safer and more sustainable.

He and all the democrats are terrified about the impact on the price of oil and the impact on inflation and the impact on the Fed supposed 3 rate cuts in 2023 to juice the economy over the election finish line.

If we start buying in the market the oil price goes up, inflation numbers go up (even more), the Fed will be forced to at least hold, the market would have a major sell off and people would have both gas price shock and drop in 401ks that would likely show up on election day as a throw the bums out vote.

I knew when the ‘announced’ plans months ago they were full of $h!+, and were never going to start buying oil to fill reserve before the election.

The government will be buying all kinds of misc crap to try to prop up the economy, but oil and useful military stuff will not be included. Probably add couple 100,000 ev’s to the government fleet and park the all in an isolated field.

I don't see many on the right jumping up and down about all this sabotage. I don't see any politician getting pissy about anything that is going on.

Every single politician is compromised. Every institution and the appointments there in are compromised. The machine of government is compromised. It matters not about fed, state, city, berg, parish, county, municipality, etc.

We are well and truly screwed.

This effectively makes it impossible for us to prosecute a war, or even to defend these shores. If the Triad (Iran, China, and Russia) makes a move in a coordinated effort, the only strategy we would have is to light the Nuclear candle. Those actually running the show behind the O'biden charade will not let that happen. On top of that, petroleum, commerce, and utilities would be rationed to draconian levels.

This NOT by accident or incompetence.

It is too expensive to fund the UN and WHO and NATO. Lets cancel them

It is too expensive to host people coming into this country . Lets deport them and quit giving them money.

It is too expensive to put the criminals in jail and even more so to not put them in jail. Lets wall off California and NY and put them there.

It is too expensive to have such a big government, we need to reduce it in size by 80 percent.

It is too expensive to prop up countries like Ukraine so they can be used for money laundering and making Congress richer. We will stop.

It is too expensive to pay the interest on the incredible amount of debt. We will default on the debt and then on only spend what has balanced in the budget.

How much have I saved so far, I am sure I could come up with a few more.
