Ahh, weekend breakfast. Can't you just imagine these with some gravy over them?
Will be thinking of you as we slurp them up. ;)

I'm so glad to see that you liked the recipe.

For those that have never made bread or buns and need to know every
trick I'm sorry but I had forgot to write this so

PLEASE ADD TO ABOVE RECIPE

Once dough has been divided into 22 to 24 pieces

Place a piece of dough on a work surface and tuck the dough underneath itself, turning as you tuck until you have formed a firm ball.

Cover with plastic wrap and let stand in a warm place until the rolls have doubled in volume,

You can also put a small pan of water in the oven while there cooking that helps to get a nice soft crust.

Thanks Ice. I figured it out that it would be one heck of a big bun if it weren't divided. And the water in the oven I guess is something that bakers just take for granted. I've always got water in the oven for bread, and wouldn't have thought to include that. You're right on top of things! I made some bigger for buns and some smaller ones for rolls, and froze some. So we'll have about 3 meals for one job! :eleph:
