Food Freeze drying at home

Harvest Right has developed a freeze drying processor suitable to freeze dry your own garden products, meat, meals etc. Does any one have any experience with one of these? I am sorely tempted, I have a fortune invested in freeze dry but the opportunity to add varieties to the commercially available products with known product flavored like I want it is tempting. Although the capacity is limited we should be able to offer some service to others. Looking for input from experienced users.

I have one but they don't show you the pump that is beside the dryer which uses oil and if you don't use it properly you will have a oil spew. Glad I have mine in the basement. That being said I'm glad I got it. If you decide to get one try and get them to pay for the shipping if you live in the east because shipping is expensive!

I've been looking at one ... but they are so expensive and they do not turn-it-out in bulk.

I've been told you can build one for the same price that turns-out product in a much higher bulk. Here's the closest thing I've found on it so far ...
