…… Fried chicken

Brought home two big packs of boneless skinless chicken breasts. Trimmed and cleaned, double bagged and mostly freezing, some for dinner. I seem to recall rice flour, egg and milk dredge, pinko crumbs, pepper, and rotisserie seasoning, cook in hot oil until golden brown. Sound right?
