I am certainly not hoping for a crash...
I did want to point out though that even 1929 wasn't really a "one-day" affair it just seemed that way because there was finally "that day" when what was left finally collapsed into nothing.
But there were several months of "signs" and small drops (followed by rises and more drops) so watching how things "swing" will be interesting.
Nightwolf suggested we should plan for similar types of disruptions in the supply chain and in bank failures etc as you would during a World War.
There's a lot you simply can't control but you can pay attention and try to react with educated guesses and plant a victory garden if you have space.
