Farm Goji

I'm considering a goji plant. Also known as matrimony vine, one source said it was invasive. Was wondering what anyone else might know.

Thanks,LC

LC, there are people in my family that could have problems with Goji berries ... diabetic, high blood pressure, and blood thinner meds otherwise I was considering giving it a go myself. Supposed to be similar to other berries in difficulty to cultivate but it has an Asian origin so could be considered invasive in some environments.

I have a goji plant. It does grow up the trellis quickly and spreads underground by offshoots from the roots, but it's not that invasive. It's easier to contain than raspberries or bamboo. I don't much care for the taste of the berry myself, but it is a pretty plant and bears a lot of fruit. It is planted on the southwest side of the house, and gets enough sun there.
