The speaker of the house does not seem interested with removing Biden from the White House or going after Harris for dereliction of duty on a number of points.
Yunno - you're going to get put on a "list" by bringing this up.

You CANNOT critique your betters.

Own a business? Use the Internet? Pay real-estate taxes?

If so - then they OWN you - if they want.

"Your last business loan was found to be tendered on fraudulent basis."
"The HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 401 Unauthorized response status code indicates that the client request has not been completed because it lacks valid authentication credentials for the requested resource"
"Your property tax valuation has just been increased due to the increased value of your home."

I won't go into the myriad of other ways your government will make your life more difficult - because you dared question.

I'd wait for some case precedent before believing that its "illegal".
There’s a ton of case law regarding obtaining evidence in criminal cases. Just because they have it doesn’t mean they can use it to prosecute individuals(according to law that is). I’m sure they don’t plan on following said law and rulings however in their use of the information.

(c) The Attorney General shall not prescribe rules or regulations that require purchasers of black powder under the exemption provided in section 845(a)(5) of this title to complete affidavits or forms attesting to that exemption.

Get enough crooked judges coupled with the government prosecutors and the law means nothing.

Add to that the controlled media that follows the party line and pushes the propaganda narrative to build perceptions in the majority of people (sheeple) that the opposition (targets) are despicable, evil and deserve no rights. The targets are worthy of punishment and destruction.

The truth becomes conspiracies and those that actually tell truths the all powerful state finds to be against their lies is attacked and the truth tellers targets worthy of any form of punishment.

Look at the cases filed against the current number 1 target, trump.

Heck, just what the FBI did against trump running up to and after his election in 2016 with their FISA court violation using the false dossier from Christopher Steele, paid for by Hilary and the demon-crats party, should have caused an uproar at the level of our founders. All that happened was hot air that accomplished nothing.

That is just the tip of the iceberg because they did the same type of thing to hundreds of protesters at the January 6 protesters and have done it and worse for decades.

Fact is since 2000, government at all levels has been at war with at least 1/2 of the country and it has only gotten worse with each day since. RINOS working with the demoncrats prove the fact that voting means nothing except to give legitimacy to the criminals destroying the republic and all the constitution was.

Meanwhile we the opposition become smaller and the demographics continue to get even worse as the opposition numbers are increasing every day. The die has been cast and we are “crapping” out in the game.

With the election so close and the country reeling from Biden's economy, it may be detrimental to Trump getting elected. If Biden is removed and Harris assumes the power. That may open up the field to a new Democrat presidential candidate. Might be better to keep the rematch between Trump and Biden right where it is. Let the people decide.

Strongly worded letters, YES ! That will do it.

I would go as far as saying use bold print and huge amounts of red exclamation points !!!!!!!!!!!

They need to know we mean business. Knock this off or else ....well they have no idea how perturbed we can be nor our level of bold print correspondence we are prepared to take this to.

The ‘we’ just keeps getting smaller.

Those 20+ millions of illegals that have flooded this country will somehow be allowed to vote in the not so distant future. Couple that with the corruption in the voting system makes the saying that he who counts the votes determine the winners true in the once republic.

The strong constitutionalist demographic keeps getting smaller as we age and die, while the leftist corrupted education system pours out even more brainwashed, ignorant minions each year.

The demographics are against us.

Technically they can’t use that data since legally it’s “fruit of the poisonous tree” but we all know .gov only count technicalities if it benefits them.
True but that's according to rules/regulations the SJWs plan on revising in line with their 'gun-control aka restriction' agenda at the 1st opportunity.

They'd do it Monday AM if they though they could make it stick . . . . .
