For those unaware an MDS nurse is the one who certifies via endless paperwork that old people are still old, broken down, and require nursing care in the nursing home they are living in. IOW they are still living. There is more of course but that is the highlights.

I did that for a short spell (MDS). It was easy work. Never saw any bonus though.

Not to mention no SS match, Unemployment or Work Comp percentages on gas or groceries.
