The first hit will be those companies which have 50 or more employees. Then as the years of the "plan" progress the companies with less employees will be included. Then finally those with 5 employees. Also, employment will cease to be 40 hours, it will go to sub 30 hrs for all employees.

I was at the Chamber Of Commerce mixer last evening and a delightful woman (Head cashier at Home Depot) and her husband (works at a local coal mine announced they weren't going to open their Pizza/Italian food restaurant due to Obamacare.
