Health Dept: Individual with “some risk” of Ebola will arrive in Charlotte
BREAKING: The Mecklenburg County Health Department said an individual with "some risk" for Ebola is coming to Charlotte.
The Health Department did not say where that individual is being taken to. Watch Eyewitness News after college football for more details.

CHARLOTTE — According to the Mecklenburg County Health Department,, an individual will be arriving in Charlotte that recently left one of the West African countries effected by the Ebola outbreak.
This person is being classified as “some risk” under the categories outlined by the Centers for Disease Control. This means the individual had close contact in households, health care facilities, or community settings with a person with Ebola while the person was infectious and may need to be quarantined.
The individual will be closely monitored by Health Department Communicable Disease staff for 21 days according to state and CDC guidelines.
The Health Department did not say where the individual is being taken.
The Health Department said it will have no further comment
