Inhalers

Need some help.....trying to find a source, on line, for my son who needs an inhaler, mostly in the winter. He has chronic bronchitis and the cold causes him to have a very difficult time breathing. An inhaler is the only thing that saves his life. Almost lost him last winter. Anyone have a source for this on line?
We can't afford to send him to a doctor and then all the tests they'd run....don't even want to think about the cost. We all make minimum wage at the best and no ins....
Last winter, his roommates mom just happen to have an extra one and brought it over to get him breathing again. Don't mean to sound pathetic, but he's the only child I've got.....okay, okay, he's 34, but he's still my baby.
We tried the Primatene Mist, but it just doesn't do it and not fast enough.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If this is a life or death breathing problem, please see a doctor. Do you know that it is chronic bronchitis for sure? Be upfront with a doctor about your financial situation.

Wow! hope you find help for this.

Your son may have asthma which if untreated, can result in death. The only answer for you is that he needs to seek medical attention for both a diagnosis and treatment and/or medication. Many doctors will give free samples of medicine when they know there is a need. You say you can't afford to send him to a doctor, can you afford to bury him? That may sound harsh - but we are talking about yor son's life here. Perhaps your son should inquire about medical assistance. Good luck.

My X-SIL is a respiratory therapist and I know she's gone out of her way zillions of times to help get meds to patients with financial difficulties.
Check with your Dr. for samples and ask them for assistance in finding a respiratory therapist with more samples.
