So we are handed chicken waste and asked to make chicken salad sandwhiches.

I can make it look great and appetizing, but the customers, they keep complaining about the smell and, oh my, the taste...

Toast the buns and slightly butter them.

Sure does make pulled pork taste 100% better!

I'm a bit bent about that. Gotta have toasted and slightly buttered buns on pulled pork and alike sandwiches, especially chicken parts sandwiches!

Two of my favorite BBQ type restaurants I did go to stopped toasting/butter bread...never go there again!
