Recipe Light Rye Bread (raw vegan, dehydrator required)

Good way of using LTS grains.

LIGHT RYE "BREAD"

1 cup rye, sprouted 2 days
1 cup soft wheat berries, sprouted 1 day
1/2 cup honey dates

Process rye, wheat, and dates until well mixed. Form into two "loaves" of bread. Place on dehydrator tray with nonstick sheet and dehydrate at 105 degrees F for 4 to 6 hours. Turn bread over and continue drying for another 4 to 6 hours, or until desired moisture is obtained.
