McCain’s Deathbed Secret Just Came Out About What He Did To Men He Was In Captivity With

The biggest traitor in Washington D.C. might be none other than Senator John McCain. Disturbing information continues to emerge about his direct ties to Muslim terrorists and the London bomber, and how he’s owned and funded by Saudi terrorists and George Soros. Ever since Trump got into office, McCain has done everything in his power to subvert the President of the United States, which is a federal crime. As McCain continues to garner the sympathy of many Americans who still falsely believe he’s a Vietnam “war hero,” it’s time that we finally set the record straight about the unbelievable things McCain did during his time in the military, before McCain dies and nauseating tributes are made about his “service” in Vietnam.

It’s important to note that due to McCain’s familial ties to high ranking Naval commanders during his time in service (his father and grandfather were both four-star admirals), the majority of McCain’s massive catastrophes and scandals in the Navy were completely buried, and his military records sealed.

We reported several weeks ago how John McCain was solely responsible for the horrifying atrocity aboard the USS Forrestal Aircraft Carrier on July 31 1967, where McCain’s cocky maneuver of doing a “wet start” of his plane would go on to kill 134 sailors, in the deadliest loss of life the Navy has ever seen. But because of McCain’s daddy being a 4-star admiral, the entire incident was buried, and the Navy never officially put blame on anyone for the tragedy. Astonishingly, McCain would not only be allowed to continue serving in the Navy, but would go on to be responsible for the deaths of numerous other men, in a scandal that has been successfully buried for decades.

USS Forrestal Aircraft Carrier

Three months after the bloody tragedy on the USS Forrestal Aircraft Carrier, John McCain was sent on a bombing mission over Hanoi in October of 1967 when he was shot down and captured by the North Vietnamese, where he’s go on to be a prisoner of war until 1973. After being released from captivity, McCain would use his POW story and veteran status to rise to political prominence, where his image as a “Vietnam war hero” would go on to propel him to be elected as a United States Senator.

John “Songbird” McCain is welcomed back as a hero by President Nixon

But a “hero” is the last thing that John McCain was or will ever be. What most people don’t know is the massive government scandal that McCain helped hide, as he’d go on for decades to tirelessly work to bury stunning information about American prisoners over in Vietnam who unlike him, didn’t return home. Using his position as a senator, McCain would be behind the scenes quietly pushing and sponsoring federal laws that would keep the most damning information about our POWs buried through classified documents.

The secrets that John McCain has sought to hide about Vietnam POWs are massive. Despite sworn testimony by two Defense Secretaries of “the men left behind” in Vietnam, McCain continued to push the massive lie that there were no survivors, much to the horror of POW families who were frantic to know the truth about what happened to their loved ones. Enormous amounts of government documents indicate that hundreds of prisoners held in Vietnam were not returned when President Nixon signed the peace treaty in January of 1973. Only 591 in Hanoi were released, among them, Navy combat pilot John S. McCain.

After the war, President Nixon promised the Vietnamese a $3.25 billion in “postwar reconstruction” aid “without any political conditions.” But there was a catch to this promise, where Nixon had included that Congress would have to approve these funds; approval that never happened. Furious that the American government had double-crossed them, Nanoi decided to keep the remaining hundreds of American prisoners, because their ransom money (post war provisions) never came.

CIA whistleblowers said that the government wanted to keep these missing men a secret, because as more years passed, it became more and more difficult for the government to admit that it knew about the prisoners that were left behind. Years later, CIA officials admitted that their intel indicated that the remaining POWs were eventually executed by the Vietnamese, as they were no longer useful bargaining chips.

After the Pentagon’s POW/MIA office was publicly shamed by internal whistleblowers that there were in fact still men in Vietnam being held as POWs, the pressure from the families and Vietnam veterans finally forced the government in 1991 to create the Senate Select Committee on POW/MIA Affairs, to investigate these allegations. John Kerry was made chairman of the board, and McCain became its most pivotal member. In the end, this committee became part of the debunking machine, and McCain would become paramount to sweeping the entire atrocity of these forgotten POWs under the rug.

But what people don’t know is John McCain’s vital role in keeping this story about these abandoned POWs hidden from the American public, as a traitor who completely turned his back on his brothers-in-arms who had remained in captivity by the Vietnamese.

In the 1990s, legislation was proposed to Congress called “the Truth Bill” that would’ve provided complete transparency about these prisoners and missing men. But the Pentagon and McCain bitterly opposed the bill, and it went nowhere. People were predictably outraged over the bill being shot down, so in an effort for McCain and crooked Pentagon officials to cover their asses, the McCain Bill,” suddenly appeared several months later.

This bill eventually became law in 1991, but would only create a bureaucratic maze, making the truth for the families completely impossible to discover. The provisions of the law explicitly states why the Pentagon and other agencies are justified for not releasing information about prisoners held in captivity. Later that year, the Senate Select Committee was created, and McCain and Kerry would work together to bury the last renaming evidence on the missing men.

The American Conservative reported on the other ways McCain screwed over the POWs, by authoring a crippling amendment to the Missing Service Personnel Act, that stripped away the obligations that commanders were previously held to of speedily searching for missing men and reporting these incidents to the Pentagon. The American Conservative reported:

“McCain was also instrumental in amending the Missing Service Personnel Act, which had been strengthened in 1995 by POW advocates to include criminal penalties, saying, ‘Any government official who knowingly and willfully withholds from the file of a missing person any information relating to the disappearance or whereabouts and status of a missing person shall be fined as provided in Title 18 or imprisoned not more than one year or both.’ A year later, in a closed House-Senate conference on an unrelated military bill, McCain, at the behest of the Pentagon, attached a crippling amendment to the act, stripping out its only enforcement teeth, the criminal penalties, and reducing the obligations of commanders in the field to speedily search for missing men and to report the incidents to the Pentagon.”

“About the relaxation of POW/MIA obligations on commanders in the field, a public McCain memo said, ‘This transfers the bureaucracy involved out of the [battle] field to Washington.” He wrote that the original legislation, if left intact, “would accomplish nothing but create new jobs for lawyers and turn military commanders into clerks.'”

“McCain argued that keeping the criminal penalties would have made it impossible for the Pentagon to find staffers willing to work on POW/MIA matters. That’s an odd argument to make. Were staffers only “willing to work” if they were allowed to conceal POW records? By eviscerating the law, McCain gave his stamp of approval to the government policy of debunking the existence of live POWs.”

What’s even more sick is how McCain demonized the two Pentagon chiefs’ sworn testimonies who testified under oath about the men left behind, while insisting that all the evidence — to include documents, witnesses, satellite photos — be completely buried. He would go on to paint the entire story as an “unpatriotic myth” calling the testimony of anyone coming forward Vietnam’s POW’s the “bizarre rantings of the MIA hobbyists.” To this day, McCain regularly vilifies those who try to get their hands on these classified documents (that he’s worked for decades to conceal) as “hoaxers,” “charlatans,” “conspiracy theorists,” and “dime-store Rambos.”

Ironically, the very same man who who for decades has been propped up and hailed a POW war hero and crusader for the interests of other POWs, is the very same man responsible for their deaths. It’s absolutely sick how this man, despite his murdering and treasonous and crooked antics for decades, is to this day regarded as a “hero” in the minds of millions of Americans. It’s finally time that we set the record straight on who John “Songbird” McCain truly is before he dies of brain cancer, and nauseating tributes are made about his “patriotic service” to our country.

I doubt it too. I thought his type of brain cancer was very aggressive and he likely only had 3 or 4 months to live. The months are ticking by.

That was enough to stop any credibility the author had right there. I don't care how you define it, that incident was in no manner in any fashion the worse the Navy has ever seen. The statement is beyond ludicrous.

I agree, RR. I'm thinking that Pearl Harbor would probably be the deadliest.

Once again, I have to agree. It disturbs me to no end knowing that there were some of our troops in captivity and COULD have made it home but never did because of this traitors actions or inactions. There must be a lot of dirt for him to work so hard to hid it.

Well, I never met a shipmate of Mcain, or even know the veracity of certain articles, etc. ; however, in the early 90s I did watch Mcain and Kerry's hearings on CSPAN. I watched until 5am in the morning. What I saw them do to the witnesses with information and how they carried on, only makes the information above to seem a damn good approximation of the truth. To hell with both of them. BTW, one of the people testifying was Ross Perot........

McStain is a rotten, lower than whale shit scumbag. He has betrayed is comrades in arms and he has betrayed his country.
Pissing on his grave is on my bucket list, right next to pissing on Jane Fonda's grave.

As rotten a low life as he is, he didn't start the Forrestal fire. The fire has been investigated in great detail and analyzed 7 ways to Sunday and is part of Navy classroom training in bootcamp. There is a Navy movie using flight deck footage about it called Trial by Fire.
Falsely charging McStain with the tragedy just makes people think all the other truly rotten and traitorous things he DID do might not be true.

A good friend of mine by the name of Ernie Niskala, who passed away a few years ago, was one of the few survivors from the USS Hobson collision in 1952. He wrote articles about it thru the years and attended the reunions the survivors had periodically.

The impact resulting from the night-time collision with the aircraft carrier USS Wasp cut the Hobson in two and it went down within 4 minutes. 176 sailors were killed--most of them were asleep and never knew what happened.

There is a link here you can view about the testimony of the senior surviving officer that was on the bridge. Not really detailed here because the info was swept under the rug ... the skipper of the Hobson ordered his destroyer to turn into and across the path of the aircraft carrier, the USS Wasp. His second in command on the bridge argued with him but he was overruled. Just as the ships were about to collide, the skipper leaped overboard directly into the path of the impending collision and was presumed to have been crushed. The survivors talked about the skipper being mentally ill.

The USS Hobson

Asking a broader question about most serious military negligence incidents is a whole 'nother question since you could debate ill-advised general officer decisions that resulted in the deaths of thousands--even tens of thousands (Civil War).

From what I heard, McCain was a notorious jokester who attitude was catch me before I do something stupid again. He had no fear, his daddy was an Admiral. Consequently the Forrestal and his eventual being shot down was the result of his playing stupid games. His actions in captivity were questionable to the fact that he was pardoned by Nixon be most telling. His actions as a senator have been at best atrocious. The people of Arizona should be ashamed fore electing him.

I do not like John McCain one bit. He really shows no sign of being on his death bead. He has an agenda to destroy President Trump. This is all true.

What is not true is the cook-off of the USS Forrestal being McCain's fault. Yes it was his aircraft that started it but he was not at fault. We had two Carriers with the same incident of a rocket being fired from one jet to another waiting to launch. Both during Vietnam on Yankee station resulting in the loss of many lives. The other Carrier was the USS Oriskany in October of 1966. I know the Damage Control Man who's picture is of him coming out the hatch to the flight deck upon the sound of the first explosion. The Navy did a very extensive investigation into this serious situation. The result was the same in both cases. It was found that when the pilot threw the switch to ignite the engines an arch was crossing over to the switch to launch the rockets. I hope I have explained it correctly. It was a mechanical failure in both cases. As to Senators John McCain's major malfunction as loyal American I can not say the same.

Yep. It's the truth, but the myths continue to circulate.
McCaine was an ass, but he was an ass for things he was guilty for, not for things people try to falsely accuse him off.
An F4 on the other side of the flight deck fired off a zuni rocket that went across deck and hit McStain's A4 Skyhawk, rupturing a fuel tank pod and causing a 1000 pound bomb to drop to the deck. The ignited fuel eventually cooked off the bomb and the fire spread.
Many mistakes were made by the firefighting crew that made the damage worse, such as washing the AFFF foam off the deck with a hose spraying water.

Here's a film and documentary made up of flight deck camera footage that actually shows the Zuni rocket going across deck and hitting McCaines plane. He's lucky he escaped at all. He crawled out of the cockpit and walked across the top of the fuselage onto the front refueling probe and dropped to the flight deck and rolled through the flames.
Here is the film. Pretty much mandatory viewing in Navy bootcamp when talking about shipboard safety and firefighting.
the zunni rocket firing is about 38 minute mark in the video. The bombs were WWII bombs that were easily cooked off.
Eye witness accounts also back up the video.
Highly recommend people watch this video.
It shows what the crew of the Forrestal went through.

Actually one of the worse cases of negligence was the exposure of tens of thousands of Navy personnel and yard workers to asbestos that is just now taking a huge toll in lives 40 and 50 years or more after exposure.
In 1970 I was on a ship that went into the yards for a short time and had to brush the asbestos dust off my bunk before I went to sleep at night.

Then there is the enemy capture

Of course he was shot down
He was on a bomb run and disobeyed direct orders to fly at elevation
He flew under elevation straight into the artillery and
Got his a$$ shot down

When release was offered he could have accepted and gone home to a court martial
It was easier to stick with the VC and wait for the end of the war than face court martial

I'm still furious at the cover ups by the media in not releasing the info and madder still that the GOP Ran McCain against Obama at all

There was a fire on the flight deck of the Forrestal, and, by virtue of being assigned to that vessel, John McCain was on the flight deck at the time. That's the extent of his involvement.

The claim is often made that McCain himself was responsible for the fire (usually attributed to reckless flying on the part of McCain) but in reality, it was an accidental launch of an Mk-32 "Zuni" rocket which flew across the flight deck that caused the fire. The rocket struck the A-4E Skyhawk piloted by Lt. Cmdr. Fred D. White, tearing off the wing tank and igniting the resulting spray of jet fuel. White's aircraft was next to McCain's A-4 Skyhawk, and the spreading jet fuel between the two aircraft set both alight. McCain managed to escape the cockpit of his plane, but the bomb sitting next to it cooked off in the fire, and destroyed his aircraft, along with White's.

McCain was not responsible for the maintenance or handling of the rocket prior to the incident. Nothing McCain did or failed to do resulted in its accidental launch.

There may be many things one can blame John McCain for. The fire aboard the USS Forrestal, however, is not among them.

Watch the video I posted earlier. It's official flight deck camera footage. It shows the rocket being fired from an F4 on the opposite side of the flight deck as McStains A4. There was a massive fire that started where the A4s were and some of the old WWII bombs cooked off.
It's all on US Navy video complete with testimony of people who were actually there and engaged in fighting the fires and analysis of mistakes they made that cost more lives. It's used in training and discussed in bootcamp classroom training prior to firefighting training.

You can read the Wikipedia article on the Forrestal fire by following the link in Post No. 29. It’s clear from that article that McCain himself bears no responsibility for the accidental rocket launch that started the fire. He wasn’t handling the missile; if anything, he was one of its inadvertent targets.

What “others” may say about that event may be tainted by personal or political animus against McCain. While I don’t particularly admire John McCain, I don’t think it’s fair to blame him for a horrific event simply because he was on the ship where said event occurred.
