Photos of Democratic presidential nominee Sen. John Kerry wearing a NASA "bunny suit" while inspecting the space shuttle Discovery were back in the spotlight Thursday after NASA officials took the images off the agency's website, claiming that they were in violation of the federal Hatch Act.

The Hatch Act bans campaigning using government resources. But NASA officials eventually decided that most of the photos were not in violation of the act, and put all but two back online several hours later.

Though all employees and visitors who approach or enter the shuttle must wear the blue bunny suit to keep from contaminating the shuttle's sensitive equipment, Democrats have accused Republicans of using the photos to try to embarrass their presidential candidate.

Said Republican agitator Rush Limbaugh, "A sperm. Let's just say it, he's in a sperm suit swimming up a uterus. And they take pictures of it."
