Newt Gingrich - V - Barack Obama

I think it will come down to this. If it was Mitt Romney - V - Barack Obama, Mitt Romney would clearly win over Barack Obama. I remember threads mentioning where they want someone who will NOT win over Barack Obama. TPTB want Barack Obama to stay in office.

He’s going to stay in office because the Jews, Catholics, blacks and welfare moms want him there.

The ABC interview may be the end for Newt. And RIGHT BEFORE the S.C. primary.

The media whores really are scummy - much more than anyone can imagine.

They continue to carry the current WH occupant's water at every instance and question nothing that the occupant does or doesn't do.

Every crack and crevice of the opposition candidates is checked and rechecked for flaws - while totally ignoring the glaring lack of facts about the still unvetted WH occupant.

Romney will be the candidate. He will lose in spectacular fashion. (Newt couldn't beat obama either)

Besides being incredibly ignorant, I take personal offense at this idiotic remark. BTW, nobody I talk to in MY catholic church wants Obama back..

I call for this poster to either apologize or leave the board. This board should not get this type of reputation,

He’s going to stay in office because the Jews, Catholics, blacks and welfare moms want him there.

I agree about the Jew, catholic etc remark but I don't think anyone's right to speak here should be infringed upon. Let it stand. This is still America.

Romney is the choice of the progressives (both R and D). He will lose because they know (bush, obama etc) he can't win. This is driven by a desire to let Obama take the fall in 2016 when the country will REALLY be in trouble so that a white horse candidate can ride in to the rescue. That is probably when the real shitstorm will ensue.

Rove is behind Romney. Rove knows he will lose. Rove and tptb will float a savior.

If the 54% of Catholics that voted for Obama had voted for whats-his-name from Arizona, Obama might be the mayor of Chicago today. IIRC Jews voted 75%, blacks in the 90% but then it has been over 3 years and no one can be expected to remember things like this for that long. So does everyone in your church want Ron Paul this year?

I didn't think about how offensive this statement might be to a black Catholic welfare mom with some Jewish blood. Oh wow!

If you don't want to be offended, ignore the poster.. You have that right.. I believe there is even a place where you can ignore any poster... BUT
You don't have a right NOT to be offended.. RJC didn't break any forum rules..

With all the chanting behind Mitt from the Media and establishment Repubs, my humble opinion is, Romney or Obama...same puppet Masters behind them both, same globalist agenda backing them.

Pot vs kettle. If those are my choices I am not voting. What's the point. What change did Obama give us compared to Bush's core policies? None other than to accelerate what were very bad ideas that have had bad effects on Americans who have to work to survive.

If you live on capital gains, then maybe the Bush/Obama regime has been very lucrative for you.

Romney is just another Obama. Detached from the plight of average Americans, never wanted for much, private schools, benefited immensely from nepotism, and is called a 'successful businessman'.

That's rich.

Romney is no friend to the Bill of Rights (or the 2nd amendment) and believes corporations are people.

I'll believe corps are people when Texas executes one.

I'm not sure what the reason, but you're right about both R and D wanting Romney to be the candidate. Something terribly WRONG with this; R and D agreeing on the R candidate.
When it comes to a debate, Gingrich is the ONLY Republican candidate that can even come close to holding his own against Obama. Gingrich will "tell it like it is" while Obama will "tell you what you want to hear", in a fashion. One has to listen as much to what Obama DOESN'T say as to what he DOES say. And, be very very sure you heard what you THINK you heard. This guy is a MASTER at saying one thing and making everyone THINK he said something else.

This "agreement" (R&D) is a very good reason NOT to vote for Romney. TPTB are doing their best to get the same results they did in 2008, with McCain. He was down and out for the count when by some miracle he found himself the "golden boy" of the Republican Party; when the count hit 9. Didn't believe it then, don't believe it now. I'm sick and tired of everyone (FOX News included) PUSHING ROMNEY down our throats....again, something stinks.

While watching the last debate it hit me; the arrogance of Romney. We HAVE arrogance now and we don't need yet another trying to beat the most arrogant person I've ever seen in office. Although, I do believe the current resident will be sitting on the throne for yet another four years and THAT WILL be the complete DOWNFALL OF THIS COUNTRY.

1. I don't believe that Romney will beat Soetoro. You cannot "beat" someone you won't go after.

2. I agree that candidate A isn't much different from candidate B. The lesser of two evils is still evil.

3. I firmly believe that Paul is the only one in the race that can, A. Beat Obama. B. Shake up Washington, DC.

Yep.

That's why Newt is the next MSM "surge" candidate- this is to try to distance RP from Chosen One, Mitt.

I'm not sure if Ron Paul could beat Obama, but any other RINO's will surely be a repeat of last election.

Yep and America also stands for acceptance. In fact America represents all Americans no matter their race, creed, color or religious beliefs.

I guess I should remember what causes racism and understand the ignorance and esteem issues behind it.

Romney would absolutely not win. The Dems are drooling to have Zero face Romney. Romney is so far left that he is Zero in Repub drag. I've seen tons of conservatives who have vowed never to vote for Romney. Third party, write in, whatever - anything but Romney. He would LOSE to Zero, no doubt about it.

A fighter who articulates real conservative ie Constitutional positions could be Zero with one hand tied behind his back. Even a lot of dems are sick of Zero.

It's not racism if it's true. RJC did post a graphic that supported his argument. To ignore the support of Jews and the ethnic Catholics for the Obama administration is just silly. I was raised Catholic and am a member of a Jewish congregation and took no offense to the statement because it confirms everything I see in my social circle.

Regarding Catholics, I believe that they, as a whole, will swing to the R side in this election. There is a large conservative Catholic bloc that will not vote Obama this time. So in that way, RJC's comment was unfair IMHO regarding the lumping of Catholics into the Obama camp. But only the election results will tell.

I feel that RJC should post a link to the source of his graphic so we can vet the source. Beyond that, PC ethnic and religious blinders are silly.

Here's the link.

The massive minority vote in the Catholic Church dominates the overall percentage. However, I do not think the vote will be swayed toward Republicans in 2012 because O will impress upon the white Catholic Leadership how he is fighting against their worse adversary Islam when he attacks Iran. The hiearchy will get the message out to the white Catholics. Time will tell and like with everyone this is JMO.

You paint with an awfully broad brush, RJC.

Here is what our Bishop said about voting in 2008:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rsQC64hsSxY

Does this sound like he is instructing his flock to vote for Soetoro?

Palmetto

(Summary of video: KCMO Talk Radio's Chris Stigall talks in a rare interview with Bishop Robert Finn, Catholic Bishop of Kansas City and St. Joseph in Missouri, states that a Catholic cannot in good conscience vote for a pro-abortion candidate. Barack Obama is explicit and adamant in his support of abortion without any restrictions. Therefore, a Catholic cannot in good conscience vote Barack Obama)
