Congress Votes for Bullet Control
The House of Representatives and the Senate both overwhelmingly passed the No Unauthorized Bullets (NUB) Bill sponsoring bullet control. The following video from YouTube features their spokesperson, Chris Rock elaborating on the basic issues. (A note of caution for those easily offended by foul language, at work, or around children).

A joint task force studying the Second Amendment decision by the Supreme Court concluded there is nothing they can do to overturn this, at least not yet, not until they can replace at least two of the Judges in the court’s 5-4 ruling striking down gun bans. Judge Scalia said the Constitution does not permit “the absolute prohibition of handguns held and used for self-defense in the home.”
The task force claims to have come up with a bipartisan solution of compromise even though no Republicans had any input to the bill, nor did any vote for it.
The basic premise of the NUB bill maintains regulating bullets is not covered in the Constitution under any amendment including the Second Amendment. Therefore, starting now, all bullets will cost $5,000 apiece, $4,999 of which will go toward disadvantaged and lower income programs. This new law is retroactive and includes any bullets you already own. As a special consideration, an allowance is being made for people to be able to turn their bullets in if they don’t have the money to pay for them. There would be a processing fee of $100 per bullet.
A special incentive program designed to ensure compliance was created. This program called "Be Right Owning Weapons Now" calls for a hotline where relatives, friends and neighbors can turn in a known violator and be eligible for 50% of the monies collected. The Government Regulated Collectors know as the “Brown Shirts” for the distinctive brown shirt that identifies them to their collective audience. Brown shirts are also reward to those informants doing their patriotic duty.
It is thought that with the passage of both the NUB bill and the ID-10T bill that mandates a $10,000,000 Insurance Policy for each gun possessed, the violence in this country by firearms will be reduced.
A toll-free hotline has been created to dispel any concerns. 1-555-328-7448 or 1-555-EAT-SHIT.
