One Hundred Thousand Illegal Aliens Leave Oklahoma

In November of 2007, Oklahoma’s state law H.B. 1804 took effect.

The law prohibits illegal aliens from getting driver’s licenses and specific government benefits, it prohibits the sheltering and transport of illegal aliens, and it allows local police to enforce immigration law in the normal course of their duties.
Several months later, it certainly looks like the law has been successful. FAIR (the Federation for American Immigration Reform) has reported that since H.B. 1804 was enacted, 100,000 illegal aliens have left the state of Oklahoma, either returning to the home country or to another U.S. state with more liberal laws.


This shows the effectiveness of state laws designed to crack down on illegal immigration, which show what can be done when a government is determined to enforce the law.

They'll probably move up here... Minnesota is one of the most liberal states there is... Of course the job market is bad here so maybe they won't...

Severe reduction in the available work force for the "Manuel-labor" jobs in-which illegals are employed.

Noticeable drop in K-12 enrollment.

Noticeable reduction in uninsured illegals demanding emergency room health care and other social services.

Etc.

The estimates in population changes/movements can be pretty accurate.

Yep, I imagine 80% will move down to Dallas, TX. 15% will go to Colorado and the rest will be spread out all over.

After all, didn't we just hear today that DFW metroplex is the largest growing city in the nation. Well of course.

I can't wait to get my property bill and see my share of the Parkland Hospital Illegal Alien birthing bash tax.

Actually, many illegals in-fact are returning to the Northern-most Mexican States.

H.B. 1804 here in Oklahoma, as well as other U.S. States' increased enforcement of illegal immigration laws, is causing an unmanageable increase in Northern-most Mexican k-12 schools.

Mexican school administration and teachers are pis*in' & moanin' about too many returning Latino kiddos.

I figure I might eventually move to Mexico since there can't possibly be many Mexicans left in Mexico and the few there are legal.

It is noticable around my area. There does seem to be less Spanish speaking in the area stores, shops, malls, etc. It has been really nice too. I get a little paranoid when I can't understand what people are saying around me.

Some of my friends who work in the same hospital have noticed a reduction of Spanish speaking admissions. HB1804 is working in the Tulsa area!!!!

What a brilliant idea for a law....(DUUUUUHHHH! the term "illegal" generally infers a criminal act..)

Imagine where the illegals would go if ALL 50 states adopted such a common sense law? ...Canada?
