One Libertarian's Real Viewpoint

I have summed up my vote thusly:

We are to choose between a fascist state with police powers, or a welfare state with police powers.

I voted Libertarian, as I am in a confirmed "red" state, and do not have to make this call by voting for something I hate.

I voted early for Badnarik, my conscience vote, and I feel clean about it.

But no matter how much I hate commies, I am in fact cheering for Kerry in this "no-choice" runoff.
It is easier to hide from the welfare grabbers than the police state people.
I *like* being able to express dissent, thank you.
I have deductions that can keep me from looking wealthy enough to tax the crap out of.
But I have no "get out of jail free" card to save me from protesting as an American citizen, from what I think is WRONG.

To hell with the people that want to support the American Taliban.
They want to get us into HOW many more wars, and take *what* away from us for "security purposes" to invoke a Christian, American-dominated world???
This country is NOT ABOUT world domination.
Did they lose sight of this?

We simply cannot afford a cowboy in the White House.
We are broke, and desperate.
This country needs to rediscover our roots.
And the roots are NOT Imperialism.

Hell, we can't even afford *ourselves*.

As voters on all sides have said, we'll get the government we deserve.

How soon they forget Janet Reno. I would not at all be surprised to see Kerry make somebody like Chuckie Schumer or Diane Fienstein his Attorney General. The new rules on guns, militias, racial discrimintion and 'hate speech' would be very interesting, to say the least. I wonder how many more Xn 'compounds' would be burned to the ground along with all those inside? But hey, as long as it is not Bush, it is all good.
